内陷

A depression in the crust of the Earth, caused by plate tectonic activity and subsidence, in which sediments accumulate.

由板块构造活动和沉陷作用所引起的地壳中的一种坳陷、内中有沉积物堆积的地壳中的一种坳陷。

According to metamophic core complexes, syn-tectonic intrusive rock and its isotope dating data, divide Songliao basin evolution history into three stages: 1 orogenic period land-land collision; 2 post orogenic period mantle delamination, metamophic core complexes uplift and collapse extension; 3 weak extend stable depression in continent.

根据变质核杂岩、同构造侵入岩以及同位素年龄资料，将松辽盆地构造演化历史划分三个阶段：(1)造山期的陆—陆碰撞；2造山期后的地幔拆沉，变质核杂岩上拱和塌陷伸展断陷；(3)弱伸展稳定大陆内坳陷。

Sections revealed a tumor of mild to moderate cellularity composed of bland uni- and binucleated cells lying within lacunae amid a chondromyxoid stroma, with foci of calcification and ossification (Figure 2, A ).

二叠纪我国南方总体处于拉张背景，发育了由陆缘向陆内延伸发展的裂陷盆地；受东吴运动影响，扬子和华夏克拉通遭形成了两个二级海平面升降沉积旋回；陆缘裂陷盆地是低位期沉积的主要场所，而克拉通区主要为海侵和高位期沉积，低位期主要表现为陆上风化残积、河流沉积或仅发育厚度很薄的沼泽相含煤碎屑岩。

Results: At the concentrations of 0.1, 1 and 10 μmol/L, berberine dose-dependently suppressed the formation of TRAP-positive multinucleated cells, the TRAP activity and the osteoclastic bone resorption. The strongest inhibitory effect was exhibited at the concentration of 10 μmol/L, with the inhibiting rate of 60.45%, 42.12% and 72.69% respectively.

结果：小檗碱在0.1~10μmol/L范围内，浓度依赖性地抑制TRAP阳性多核破骨细胞的形成和TRAP活性，减少破骨性骨吸收陷窝的面积；在10μmol/L浓度下，对破骨细胞的抑制作用最强，对TRAP阳性多核破骨细胞的形成和TRAP活性的抑制率分别达到了60.45%和42.12%，骨吸收陷窝面积减少72.69%。

Tangyuan depression was a typical nonmarine fault basin in Paleogene, which was controlled by the faults and developed a variety of fractures with four directions in NE, NEE, EW and NW.

汤原断陷是典型的受断裂控制的新生代陆相断陷盆地，盆地内断裂非常发育，主要为NE、NEE、EW和NW四个方向。

The pseudopodial movement could be inhibited by calcitonin (100 μg*L－1). Lacuna formation could be found in cocultured specimens. There were fibrils on the walls of lacunae. The MGCs demonstrated positive reaction with Gomori stain. Conclusion: The results demonstrated that MGCs had the same morphological features and the bone resorption ability as the osteoclasts.

结果：倒置相差显微镜下可见多核巨细胞胞核较多（20个以上），胞浆周边不规则，有伪足样突起；胞浆内可见较多大小不等的空泡；降钙素（100 μg*L－1）可抑制多核巨细胞的伪足样运动；多核巨细胞与灭活的骨片共同培养时可见骨吸收陷窝形成，扫描电镜下可见吸收陷窝底面有原纤维；Gomori染色时可见多核巨细胞的酸性磷酸酶呈阳性。

The images of the 8th week's SEM and histological section showed that more CPC resorbedin the CPC-BMP group than in the CPC group. Trabecular in the CPC-BMP group, without the view of bone degeneration of osteonecrosis and resorptive lacuna, were stronger than in the other two groups.

在CPC-BMP组的骨小梁粗大，未见到明显的骨吸收陷窝，而且也未观察到在其他两组中常见的骨陷窝内骨细胞消失、骨坏死等骨质退化表现。

SEM examination showed that the experimental group has regular spongiest structure,complete bone lacuna structure,partial broken os-teone and visible bone canaliculus, while the sham control group has disorderly structure, broken osrteone, little bone lacuna and total invisibility of bone canaliculus.

结果 X线片示A组右侧股骨头骨密度增高，透光区较小，B组骨密度减低，有大小不等透光区；ECT扫描示A组静态放射性分布中等浓聚，而B组静态图像放射性分布呈炸面包圈样改变，欠均匀；组织学检查显示A组骨空陷窝率、血管数、骨髓腔内脂肪细胞直径较B组明显改善(P＜0.01)；扫描电镜检查显示A组松质骨结构较规则，骨陷窝结构完整，部分骨板断裂，骨小管可见。B组结构紊乱不清，骨板断裂，骨陷窝少，骨小管消失。
