The principal of buffer is described as follows.At impulsing down,the piston moves down and vacates the annular space.The pressure in respiratory cavity decreases to a certain level and the traveling valve opens.At that time,the liquids enter into traveling valve and cavity and the plunger is impulsed upward to carry out the gentle transient at the sudden change.When the upward impulsing begins,the respiratory cavity is subjected to pressure and the traveling valve closes.During the gradual pressure rising,the liquids in respiratory cavity effuse from the upper ventage and the sudden change of force-summing direction of plunger is relieved relying on the resistance of ventage.

其原理大致是：下冲程时，活塞向下运动，让出环形空间的体积，呼吸腔内压力下降，下降到一定水平后，游动阀打开，此时，游动阀和小孔同时进液，使柱塞在从上死点处突然改变方向向上运动时得到缓冲，实现了柔和过渡；当上冲程开始时，呼吸腔受压，游动阀关闭，在压力逐渐上升的过程中，呼吸腔内的液体从上部的小孔流出，并依靠小孔的阻力使柱塞受力突然换向得到缓冲。

本文在应用前人关于管道气固两相流动阻力计算实践的基础上，利用直管段和弯管段的阻力压降计算式联立求解，得到管道内气固两相流的流速和固相浓度的计算式，在此基础上，进行了试验，通过在气固两相流试验台上试验及数值模拟计算，表明该法在线检测气固两相流固相浓度和流动速度是可行的，具有方法简单、非侵入、响应速度快等优点，具有很好的工程应用价值。

Experimental results indicate that about the results of flux, the flux of the mixed solution of amino acid and BSA doesn't have a significant influence with changing pH value, but it increases with the cross flow rate due to the resistance of concentration polarization layer decreases with increasing cross flow rate. The flux of BSA solution decreases with increasing concentration due to the resistance of concentration polarization layer increases with increasing concentration.

实验结果显示，滤速方面，胺基酸与BSA混合水溶液之滤速随pH値的改变并无明显的变化；但随扫流速度的增高而些许增加是由於增加扫流速度会增加膜内流体的扰动，减少浓度极化层阻力； BSA溶液之滤速随著浓度的增高而减少是由於浓度极化层阻力随著浓度增高而增加。

Experimental results indicate that the B/A value greatly affects the internal Nusselt number and friction factor of the twisted tube because the parameters decrease with the increase of B/A and S/d values, more rapidly with the former, and that the Nusselt number and friction factor of the twisted oblate tube increase respectively by 30%~150% and 20%~50%, as compared with those of the smooth tube at the same Reynolds number and Prandtl number.

Experimental results show that: bearing capacity of JPP is thirty percent higher than that of cast-in-place pile which has the same length and diameter with JPP. The deformation of JPP is controlled by core pile; axial force distribution of PHC is different with soil-cement; and their axial force ratio in same section is their elastic modulus ratio. Distribution of inner and outer friction resistance is similar; and the inner friction is about 1.62 times of the outer one; it is about the ratio of JPP diameter and PHC diameter. Furthermore, the relation between friction resistance and relative displacement is similarly hyperbolic; and the relation between dip resistance and displacement is also hyperbolic.

试验结果表明，JPP桩与同桩长、同桩经灌注桩相比承载力高30%以上；JPP桩变形由芯桩控制，管桩轴力分布与水泥土轴力分布规律不一致，但同一截面上管桩和水泥土的轴力比值约为其弹性模量的比值；内外摩阻沿桩身的分布规律类似，内摩阻是外摩阻的1.62倍左右，约为JPP桩直径和管桩直径的比值；桩侧摩阻力与桩土相对位移近似双曲线分布，桩端阻力和桩端位移也近似双曲线分布。
