Cases with renal transplantation were performed with dynamic state CDFIin Ultrasound Dept. of Nan fang Hospital from April, 2005 to October, 2006. Theexamine time is respectively after operation in three days, seven days, one month andthree months. Before operation examine the condition of uropoiesis function such as apair of kidney, ureter, bladder and cardiac function. After operation reexamine thecondition of cardiac function once again, and examine TK detailed and completely:First, using two-dimensional imaging to observe the shape and the volume of the TK.Secondly, using Color Doppler to observe the renal artery and each artery inside theTK. Finally, using pulsed Doppler to measure the peak systolic velocity, enddiastolic velocity and resistance index.

对南方医科大学南方医院超声诊断科自2005年4月～2006年10月对152例同种异体肾移植患者进行动态CDFI监测，超声检查时间分别为术前与术后3d、术后7d、1个月及术后3个月，术前超声检查双肾、输尿管、膀胱等泌尿系功能情况及心脏功能情况，肾移植术后再次对心脏功能情况进行跟踪复查，并对移植肾进行详尽检查：先用二维超声观察移植肾的形态、大小，随后应用CDFI观察移植肾动脉及肾内各级动脉的血流充盈情况，最后用脉冲式多普勒测量收缩期峰值流速、舒张末期流速、阻力指数。

One hand mechanical obstruct led to the increase of veinous resistance and the obstacle of microcirculation, the other hand the adhesive PMN was activated in excess, the white blood cells released a lot of enzymes, in which PMN-elastase can decompose the components of cell and many albumens, inclusive of immunoglobulin、alexin and fibrication. These components induced the injury of the pancreatic capillary vessels and cell and lysosome enzy made the tissue protein hydrolyze and produced unsaturated fatty acids, which destroyed the structure and function of cellar membrane. The inflammatory cellar factors activate other immunocytes to produce the injury and necrosis of tissue, which aggravated the pathological injury and led to shock、pyaemia and MODS. So ICAM-1 and LFA-1 played an important role in SAP. Frossard found that the expression of ICAM-1 in the rat model, especially in serum、pancreas and lung. All these showed ICAM-1 is an important factor in AP and concomitant lung injury.

胰腺小叶组织局部血管EC首先被激活，ICAM-1表达升高，与被激活的PMN表面表达的LFA-1相结合，&PMN-EC&相互作用加剧，一方面机械性阻塞毛细血管导致静脉阻力增加、微循环障碍；另一方面粘附的PMN过度吞噬或激活，当白细胞吞噬的颗粒不能被封闭隔离，连同细胞内的酶被释放出来，其中的PMN-elastase能够降解细胞基质中各种成分，水解多种蛋白，加重胰腺的毛细血管内皮细胞和腺泡的损伤；释放的溶酶体酶使组织蛋白水解，产生的不饱和脂肪酸引发脂质过氧化方应，破坏细胞膜的结构和功能；释放的炎性细胞因子，激发其他的免疫细胞的功能，导致进一步的组织损伤和坏死，加重SAP的病理损伤，最终导致休克、脓毒血症及多器官功能障碍等严重后果。

METHODS Low-dose Peth 0.01, 0.1 and 1 mgkg^(-1) were given iv 10 min before guinea pigs inhaled 75% cigarette smoke 60 mL. Then, the changes in airway resistance R(subscript aw, dynamic lung compliance C(subscript dyn and vascular permeability in airway tissues were observed. The total leukocyte and the differential leukocyte in bronchoalveolar lavage fluid and nitric oxid e content in BALF were investigated after guinea pigs given iv Peth 0.1 mgkg^(-1) 10 min before cigarette smoke inhalation and consecutively inhaled 360 mL smoke in 2 h.

观察Peth 0.01，0.1和1mgkg^(-1)对豚鼠自主吸入75%香烟烟雾（含25% O2）60mL后，气道阻力和肺动态顺应性变化的影响及气道组织血管通透性变化的影响；观察Peth 0.1mgkg^(-1)对豚鼠2h内分6次吸入（共360mL）75%浓度的香烟烟雾后，支气管肺泡灌洗液中白细胞总数和分类计数改变的影响，测定BALF中一氧化氮含量。
