Result: The scores of motor functions in rehabilitative training group were significantly better than those in control group on the 7th d, 21st d and 35th d (P.05). Under microscope and electron microscope the nerve-cells of cortical infarct marginal zone in rehabilitative training group showed more integrity nuclear membranes, less agglutinative chromatin, clearer structures of mitochondria and more plentiful ribosomes on rough endoplasmic reticulum compared with that in control group.

结果：在造模后第7天、21天、35天时卒中训练组大鼠的平衡木及网屏测试评分分值均优于卒中对照组(P.05)；且于光镜、电镜观察下脑皮质梗死边缘区神经细胞的核膜较卒中对照组完整、核下凝集的染色质较为稀少，线粒体结构较为清晰，粗面内质网表面核糖体更为丰富。

The histopathological changes of brain tissue include neuronal degeneration, edema of nerve cell and gliacyte, the obfuscation of chondriosome structure, dilation of endoplasmic reticulum and brain edema of the cerebral cortex, which can gradually recover.

结扎后主要病理改变：神经元变性，神经细胞与胶质细胞水肿，线粒体结构模糊，内质网扩张及窦旁皮质组织水肿；均能逐渐恢复。

Results The pathological changes in the nuclei mentioned above included the crimple and ruture of nucleus membrane,mitochondria degeneration and other degenerative structure such as plenty of primary lysosomes,agglomeration of lipochrome,Golgi complex degeneration and so on.

结果上述核团神经元的超微结构均发生病理性改变，神经细胞核膜皱缩，核膜凹凸不整，并有局部断裂；线粒体变性，基质浓度降低及空泡化；粗面内质网和高尔基复合体囊腔扩张变性；大量初级溶酶体及脂褐素集聚；出现了髓样体和多泡体等变性结构。

RESULTS: ADMSCs at passage 3 were positive for CD13, CD59 and CD44, but negative for CD34 and HLA-DR. Chromosomal morphous, structure and number were normal, showing diplont structure. Under the microscope, there were complete Golgi complex, plenty of rough endoplasmic reticulum, and some glycogen granules in cytoplasm.

After the pertinence analysis of endoplasm parameters, designed an artificial neural network which built the training sample with grape images information and pericarpial pigment parameters and another artificial neural network which built the training samples with pericarpial pigment parameters and total acid, total sugar, soluble solids of sarcocarp. Using this combined module, realized the nondestructive measurement according to grape images information.

In result of electron microscope, cells of contrast group have large nuclear, plenty of euchromatin and microvillus, and organells, such as mitochondrion, Endoplasmic reticulum and Golgi apparatus are less.

电镜观察发现未经LTA作用的对照组细胞核大，常染色质丰富，细胞浆中线粒体、内质网、高尔基体等细胞器少，微绒毛较丰富。
