METHODS From January 1998 to February 2001, 4 ml of sodium hyaluronate injection was injected into the knee joint of the 134 cases at the end of arthroscope operation, or the 91 cases undergoing open operation of the knee at the time when the drain tube was removed. Five days after operation, the hydrarthrosis was removed and 2 ml of sodium hyaluronate was injected into the knee joint. According to the patient's condition, injection of sodium hyaluronate was performed once a week for several weeks. Clinical evaluation was made by evaluating pain visual analog scale and painless range of movement of the joint at every definite point of time.

1998年 1月～ 2 0 0 1年 2月，对关节镜手术 134例于手术结束时，以及膝关节开放手术 91例于术后 2 4小时拔引流管时，分别在关节腔内注射透明质酸钠 4ml ；术后第 5天抽出关节积液，再注入透明质酸钠注射液 2 ml；每周 1次，连续 5周为一个疗程，根据病情注射1～ 2个疗程，观察各时间点疼痛 VAS评分和达到最大无痛活动度的时间。

Twelve tumors were solid and three contained cystic components. Nine were inhomogeneously hypoechoic. Two were homogeneously hypoechoic. Two were inhomogeneously isoechoic. Two were homogeneously isoechoic. Two contained microcalcification. One with acoustic shadowing. Twelve were well-defined and three were ill-defined. Fourteen were regular and one was irregular. Four had acoustic halo. Six were ecstatic. Nine were not ecstatic. Thirteen were examined with color Doppler ultrasound. Nine had abundent branched blood flow within the tumor and ring blood flow around. Two had short linear blood flow within the tumor and ring flow around.

不均质低回声9个，均匀低回声2个，不均质中等回声2个，均匀中等回声2个。2个肿瘤内见细小钙化斑，1个伴声衰减。12个肿瘤边界清，3个边界欠清。14个肿瘤形态规则，1个形态不规则。4个肿瘤伴&晕环征&。6个肿瘤有膨胀感，9个肿瘤无明显膨胀感。13个肿瘤行彩色超声检查，9个内部见丰富分枝状血流，周边见环状血流，2个内部见短线状血流，周边环状，仅2个内部无彩色血流，周边见点状彩色血流。

Resujts:① The distribution of lesions are mostly symmetrical, extensive, predominant in the middle and lower lung fields, and posterior areas in peripheral;② There are so many HRCT findings of lung, ILD is predominant: intralobular interstitial thickening 46 cases (100%), ground-glass opacity 41 cases (89.13%), peribronchovascular or centrilobular interstitial thickening 40 cases (86.96%), interlobular septal thickening 38 cases (82.61%), irregular linear opacity 37 cases (80.43%), small nodular opacity 34 cases (73.91%), subpleural line 27 cases (58.70%), bmnchiectasis or bronchiolectasis 19 cases (41.30%), patch opacity 18 cases (39.13%), expiratory mosaic sign 15 cases (32.61%), interface sign 14 cases (30.43%), honeycombing 12 cases (26.09%), emphysema or bulla 3 cases, cystic airspace suspected 1 case, and atelectasis suspected 1 case;③ Mediastinum and pleura: multiple small lymphonodi in mediastinum 41 cases (89.13%), pleural thickening or rough 38 cases (82.61%), esophagoectasis 11 cases (23.91%), unilateral little pleural fluid 1 case, and mediastinal emphysema 1 case.

结果：①皮肌炎肺部病变分布呈对称、广泛、偏中下、偏外后的特点；②肺部HRCT表现多样，以肺间质性改变为主：小叶内间质增厚46例(100%)，磨玻璃影41例(89.13%)，支气管血管束增宽或小叶核心增大40例(86.96%)，小叶间隔增厚38例(82.61%)，不规则纤维索条影37例(80.43%)，结节影34例(73.91%)，胸膜下线27例(58.70%)，支气管或细支气管扩张19例(41.30%)，斑片影18例(39.13%)，呼气相马赛克征15例(32.61%)，界面征14例(30.43%)，蜂窝影12例(26.09%)，肺气肿或肺大泡3例，单纯囊状气腔1例，肺不张l例；③纵隔及胸膜：纵隔小淋巴结影41例(89.13%)，胸膜增厚或毛糙38例(82.61%)，食管扩张11例(23.91%)，单侧少量性胸腔积液1例，纵隔气肿1例。

It is mainly inhibited as glomerular sclerosis, renal interstitial fibrosis and intrarenal vascular sclerosis.

Results: The results showed that:(1) The three types of NOS immunoreactivity were not found in rat testis until 30 days after birth;(2) NOS1 immunoreactivity was found in a few spermatocytes in rat testes on postnatal 30 days, and in spermatozoa present at the lumen surface of seminiferous tubules and some Leydig cells on postnatal 60 days;(3) NOS2 immunoreactivity appeared in a few spermatocytes, Sertoli cells and peritubular myoid cells on postnatal 30 days. On postnatal 60 days, NOS2 immunoreactivity appeared in some Leydig cells, peritubular myoid cells, Sertoli cells, very few spermatocytes and the head of immature spermatozoa in some seminiferous tubules;(4) NOS3 immunoreactivity was detected in a few spermatocytes on postnatal 30 days, as well as in the smooth muscle cells of blood vessels on postnatal 30 days and 60 days.

结果：(1)生后4、7、14 d大鼠睾丸未见3种NOS免疫阳性反应；(2)生后30 d少数精母细胞及生后60 d生精小管腔面精子和间质细胞呈NOS1阳性；(3)生后30 d少数精母细胞、支持细胞和管周类肌细胞呈NOS2阳性，而生后60 d NOS2阳性反应见于睾丸间质细胞、管周类肌细胞、支持细胞、极少数精母细胞和不成熟精子头部；(4)生后30 d睾丸内少数精母细胞和血管壁呈NOS3阳性，生后60 d NOS3阳性反应仅见于血管壁。

At the same time, the authors discovered firstly the early Paleozoic chitinozoa fossils.

因此，再次将&板溪群&是否是前震旦纪的一个变质地层单位、江南古陆是否存在以及华南大地构造格局是否需要重新厘定等问题提了出来。1993年笔者于赣东北蛇绿混杂岩带内的&双桥山群&岩块中，首次发现了含晚古生代的放射虫硅质岩。1996年又在该混杂岩带多处的&双桥山群&岩块和&下震旦统志棠组&中找到了含晚古生代的放射虫硅质岩，还首次在&登山群拔竹坑组&中发现了早古生代的几丁虫化石。
