根据我国东部主力油田储层绝大多数都属于河道砂体，注水开发进入高含水阶段后，层内剩余油超过层间剩余油，层内矛盾上升为主要矛盾这一特点，从挖掘层内剩余油潜力出发，提出要重新认识河流砂体储层层内非均质性，并指出高含水期河流砂体储层改善采油目标主要有：①封堵强水洗段，控制注入水无效循环；②加大中水洗段注水冲洗强度，达到目标水驱效率，并有可能超过目标效率；③提高未、弱水洗段的注采对应程度和注采井数比，达到有效驱替，提高波及程度。

Results C/EBPαand C/EBPβexpressed differently in the outer root sheath,follicular papilla,hair matrix and sebaceous gland in embryonic period.The positive signals were chiefly distributed in the nucleˉuses.The expression of C/EBPαand C/EBPβwere found in the basal cell layer of outer root sheath and sebaceous gland in the new born and maturation phase,The expression in nucleuses of outer root sheat cells decreased with the differentiation but enhanced oppositely in the cytoplasm.

In ovary the ooctyes at phase 3 are in dominate position, the yolk nucleus disappear. And the GI of this stage is 3.35%. Both testis and ovary are at stage IV in Nov. hi testis the germ cells are in spermiogenesis, and the mean GI is 0.93%. hi ovary the oocytes are mostly at phase 4, which are filled in the cytoplasm with vitellin granule, and the zona radiate in membrane begins to formation. Nucleus moves to one side of the oocyte gradually. The mean GI of ovary at this stage is 9.37%.

Levels of mRNA and protein expression of myoeardin and several smooth muscle cells marker genes were determined by immumofluorescenee, RT-PCR and Western blot before and 3, 7, 10, 14d after the induction. The presence of smooth muscle myofilaments was detected by using transmission electron microscope.

采用伞骨髓贴壁法分离骨髓问充质干细胞，CM联合20%FBS诱导骨髓间充质干细胞，同时设立持续10%FBS、单20%FBS及单CM诱导下的骨髓间充质十细胞对照组和SMC阳性对照组，分别于诱导前及诱导3、7、10和14 d时观察细胞形态的变化，并在相应的时间点用免疫荧光法、逆转录聚合酶链反应法、Western blot半定量分析法榆测myocardin以及SMC表面各种标志基因的表达变化，用透射电镜检测诱导后细胞内肌丝存在以此来证实诱导分化成功。

In order to elucidate the regulation mechanism of RU5 region to BFV gene expression, BFV3026 provirus DNA was used to construct the plasmids containing different deletion of R region, which were cotransfected with luc report gene locatied behind the IP promoter to BL12 cells, and luciferase activities was assayed, confirming that U5 region could repress the initiation function of LTR as well as IP. The BFV structure genes with different deletion of R region were cloned closely behind to heterogenous CMV promoter, then transfected to 293T cells, RT activity was performed, testifying the R region was required for BFV pol gene expression, and also the function domain was identified within the 100n.t. sequence at the 5′end.
