This basic research is armed to find out and to predict SCF particularity, which are very important for the SCF application. Firstly the densities of the binary mixtures of CO2—methanol, CO2—ethanol, CO2—n— butyraldehyde and CO2—i—butyraldehyde were measured from 313.5K to 323.5K under the pressure range from 7 to 14MPa.

本文首先在313.5～323.5K、7～14MPa范围内测定了CO2及CO2—甲醇、CO2—乙醇、CO2—正丁醛、CO2—异丁醛二元混合流体的表观密度，讨论了压力、第2组分的种类和加入量对CO2表观密度的影响，在此基础上计算了溶质的偏摩尔体积，讨论了温度、压力和第2组分的性质对溶质偏摩尔体积的影响规律。

本文利用对于横观各向同性体轴对称变形时应力函数解法的基本方程，并应用Hankel积分变换，求解了位于横观各向同性平面内的埋藏圆片裂纹在垂直于裂纹面远处均匀拉应力作用下的应力场和位移场，获得了与各向同性材料相同的应力强度因子，不同于各向同性材料的应力场和应变能释放率裂。

First by testing the practical multilayer insulation in a cryogenic tanker, which is the carilometer in my paper,some affecting factors on multilayer insulation are analysed, then by using the low-temperature and vacuum environment caused by multilayer insulation, the effective thermal conductivity of multiple fiber paper with 5 layers is tested.Through Newton interativemethod,an empirical formula is deduced to computer the thermal conductivity of fiber paper,The errors between experimental thermal conductivity and the calculated conductivity by empirical formula are below10%,so the formula of fiber conductivity can be applied to practical enginnering.

为探索改善工程应用中高真空多层绝热层绝热性能的方法，本文实验研究中首先测量了包扎在实际低温储罐上不同结构的高真空多层绝热层的绝热性能，并分析了环境温度、环境压力，层数、不同隔热材料的组合等因素对工程应用中的高真空多层材料绝热性能的影响；然后利用多层绝热层中的低温真空环境测量5层干法纸在不同温度区间内的表观导热系数，在有限实验数据的基础上用牛顿迭代数值拟和出计算5层干法纸表观导热系数的经验公式，对比经验公式计算值和实验测量值，发现二者的误差在10%以内，因此在工程应用中可用本文的经验公式计算干法纸在低温下的导热系数。

认为反应器上升段表观气速对液相水平速度和垂直速度均有影响，其中对液相垂直速度的影响更大：表观气速增大，液相最大垂直速度一般增大，但这一变化规律并不是单调的；PIV对折流区的观测反映了该区域流场在气相通入后的最初25 s内的变化历程，流场发展的快慢与进气口的气速有关，气速越大，流场发展得越快。

Results: IVUS revealed that the cross-section views of coronary artery IMH appeared as a homogeneous, hyperechoic, crescent-shaped or circular area within media or between media or EEM, and the long axis views of IMH presented unbent or tortuous homogeneous space-occupying lesions with varied length.

Compared with the previous method, the improved route can provide directly a spheroid form of immobilized lipase particles of which the size can be controlled by adding non-ionic surfactants during the preparation process so as to increase the recovery rate of enzyme as well as decrease the external diffusional restriction which can diminish the enzyme activity. The improved method can also alter the hydrophobicity and microstructure of the immobilized enzyme matrix by changing the molar ratios of different alkoxyl silanes so as to enhance the enzyme activity by a"surface active effect"and eliminating the internal diffusional restriction.

与前人的制备方法相比，改进的方法可直接制得球形的固定化酶颗粒，而且颗粒的大小可以通过在制备过程中加入非离子型表面活性剂加以控制，从而可以提高固定化过程的酶活回收率和减小外扩散效应对酶的表观催化活力的影响；改进的方法还可以通过改变原料硅氧烷的种类及配比来改变最终制得的固定化载体的疏水性质及微观结构，从而通过对脂肪酶的&界面活化&作用和减小内扩散效应提高固定化脂肪酶的表观酯化活力。

Prain, Trifolium repens Lam, Aeachynomene Mica L, Indigofera bungeana Steud.The same strains used in numerical taxonomy were analysed by BOXAIR-PCR fingerprinting. All tested strains were clustered into 47 groups at the similarity level of 50%. Compared with the result of numerical taxonomy, strains belonged to one phenon in numerical taxonomy always distributed into several BOXAIR-PCR groups, most of reference strains come from one recognized rhizobial species were not grouped together.

Experiment(2): Six one years old gansu high mountain fine wethers(avg wt 25~30 kg) fitted with permanent ruminal and proximal duodenal cannulae were assigned to double 3×3 Latin square design, to measure the apparent digestibilities of nutrients in rumen, postrumen and total tract and the apparent nitrogen retention as well as the dynamic changes of the rumen metabolic parameters in wethers fed with diets which SC:NSC ratio were respectively 1.57, 1.95 and 2.29.

试验：选用6 只1 岁左右，体重25~30kg，装有永久瘤胃瘘管和十二指肠近端套管的甘肃高山细毛羯羊，采用3×3 有重复拉丁方设计，研究了SC： NSC 比例(1.57、1.95、2.29)饲粮的瘤胃内、瘤胃后和全消化道营养物质表观消化率及氮表观存留率，以及瘤胃内环境参数的动态变化。

The main research tasks and results are as follows:(1) Through comparing the stress intensity factor of compact tension specimen calculated by finite element software with the theoretical value, the feasibility of calculating fracture parameters of crack tip in ABAQUS software was verified.(2) The relationship between the elastic modulus of the material and research scale was studied based on deriving the cohesive stress theory and other relevant theories. And the elastic modulus of the material on meso-scale was determined.(3) Global model and sub-model of the finite element were built in th...e macro-scale, and stress-strain field nearby the crack tip was analyzed, and the results show that the detailed stress-strain in the crack tip could be obtained by using the sub-model technique.(4) In meso-scale, the crack growth model was also established by assuming the crack propagating along the grain boundary, and the detailed stress-strain field in the crack tip was obtained.(5) The effect of crack length on Von Mises stress, and maximum principal stress and strain was analyzed in meso-scale when equivalent KI equals 30MPa.m1/2. And the results show that except for crack tip area, the stress-strain distribution in whole specimen is not affected.

主要完成研究内容和取得成果如下：(1)利用有限元软件计算出紧凑拉伸试样的裂纹尖端应力强度因子KI值，其结果与理论值一致，从而验证了利用ABAQUS计算裂纹尖端相关断裂参量的可行性；(2)在研究内聚应力等相关理论的基础上，推导出了研究尺度与材料弹性模量的近似关系，并确定了介观尺度上的弹性模量；(3)在宏观尺度上建立了全局有限元计算模型和子模型，得到了裂纹尖端应力应变场分布，结果表明利用子模型技术获得比较准确的裂纹尖端应力应变场分布是可行的；(4)在介观尺度上利用平均晶粒尺度的方式建立了裂纹沿晶扩展模型，得到了裂纹尖端断裂过程区的微观应力应变场；(5)当应力强度因子为30MPa.m1/2时，分析了介观尺度上在裂纹沿晶扩展过程中裂纹长度对Mises应力、最大主应力和应变的影响，结果表明，裂纹扩展长度对试样整体应力应变分布影响不大，而对裂纹尖端区域有较大影响；(6)介。。。
