Results:60 cases of female pelvic masses, among them, 4 cases ectopic pregnancy,8 cases ovarian cyst,12 cases oophoroma,8 cases teratoma of ovary,6 cases endometrial carcinoma,10 cases cervical carcinoma and 12 cases leiomyoma of uterus.The accuracy rate of CT diagnosis was 90.00% and ultrasound diagnosis was 86.67%.

结果：60例女性盆腔肿块，其中宫外孕4例，卵巢囊肿8例，卵巢癌12例，卵巢畸胎瘤8例，子宫内膜癌6例，宫颈癌10例，子宫平滑肌瘤12例，CT符合率为90.00%，B超符合率为86.67%。

There are four kind of isoforms of endothelin in human and other mammals named ET-1, ET-2, ET-3 and ET-β, which are slightly different in construction and pharmacological effect. Abnormal expression of PTEN gene was involved in progression of ovarian cancer probably by decreasing cell adhesion and apoptosis, increasing cell mobility and angiogenesis. Reduced expression of PTEN gene was closely associated with tumorigenesis and pathobiological behavior of ovarian endometrioid cancer.
