Objective: To investigate the expression and clinical significance of FHIT in endometrial hyperplasia and adenocarcinoma of endometrium.

目的：探讨FHIT在子宫内膜增生性病变及子宫内膜腺癌中表达的临床意义。

The vascular adventitia is involved in the pathological process of intimal hyperplasia, and oxidative stress caused by increased NADPH oxidase activity may be one of the mechanisms.

血管外膜参与了内膜病变形成的病理过程；NADPH氧化酶活性升高导致的氧化应激可能是外膜损伤致内膜病变的机制之一。

Methods The expression of ERK1/2, ER and PR in 30 endometrial carcinoma specimens was detected by immunohistochemical method. With the same method, the expression of ERK1/2 was detected in 20 normal endometria specimens and 13 hyperplastic endometria specimens. Semi-quantitative analysis of specimen staining was conducted.

用免疫组化方法检测30例子宫内膜癌石蜡标本中ERK1/2以及ER和PR的表达；同法检测20例正常子宫内膜、13例增生过长子宫内膜石蜡标本中ERK1/2的表达；对标本的染色情况做半定量分析。

Between women with or without endometriosis, the expression of VEGFmRNA of eutopic endometrium in the secretoiy phase was significantly higher than that in the proliferative phase(P.05). eutopic endometrium of women with endometriosis both in the proliferative phase and secretoiy phase expressed higher level VEGFmRNA than that in control group(P.05). Conclusion:①The expression of VEGF is adjusted by female'hormone.②VEGF is a very important factor that may contribute to the pathegenesis of endometriosis by promoting neovascularization,explanting of ectopic endometrium , increasing activity of angiopoiesis in eutopic endometrium③VEGF is a efficient organism maker to reflect invading growth, prognosis and metastasis potency of EMs.④VEGF may paly an important role in both pathogenesis and progress of endometriosis.

EM 患者VEGF 水平受女性性激素周期性调节；VEGF 是导致EM 发生特别是在位内膜血管活性增强、异位内膜种植、新生血管形成的重要机制，提示血管生成是EMs 发生中的一个重要因素；VEGF 可能不仅参与EM 的形成，并与进一步发展存在关系，提示血管生成在异位子宫内膜的种植、浸润中可能起着重要的病理生理作用，是EM 发病的必要环节；VEGF 是反映EM 侵袭生长、转移潜能、预后的有效生物指标，提示通过使用抗血管生成药物或抗血管生长因子抗体，来阻断血管生成，极有可能成为EM 在现有药物和手术治疗基础上的一种有效治疗策略和靶点。

"Age is more important than type of procedure or presence of leiomyomas in predicting subsequent hysterectomy after endometrial ablation," the study authors write."Women undergoing endometrial ablation at younger than 40 years of age are at elevated risk of hysterectomy, and rather than plateauing within several years of endometrial ablation, hysterectomy risk continues to increase through 8 years of follow-up."

研究作者写道，对於预测子宫内膜烧灼术术后的子宫切除来说，年纪比手术类型或者出现平滑肌瘤更重要；40岁以下接受子宫内膜烧灼术的妇女，其子宫切除风险升高，而且不只在子宫内膜烧灼术后几年，子宫切除风险到追踪后八年仍持续增加。

Results The body weight, visceral fat and body weight ration, as well as the levels of blood glucose, insulin, triglyceride, total cholesterol, LDL, and total FFA, were significantly lower in high fat-fed group than in control group (P.01). The aortic tunica intima was intact, the number of foam cells was decreased, and inflammatory cells infiltrated into the med-intima smooth muscle of the n-3 PUFA group. However, with no such changes were observed in control and n-3 PUFAs groups.

结果 n-3脂肪酸组大鼠体重第1~11周均明显降低，空腹血糖、血清胰岛素、TG、TC、LDL-C、总FFA和内脏脂肪占体重百分比均明显低于HF组，HDL-C则明显高于HF组，与对照组无明显差别；n-3脂肪酸组大鼠主动脉主动脉内膜完整无内皮细胞脱落现象，内膜下泡沫细胞及炎细胞浸润减少，内膜的NF-κB呈弱阳性表达，IκBα呈阳性表达，ICAM-1和MCP-1均呈阴性或弱阳性表达。

The aortic tunica intima was intact, the number of foam cells was decreased, and inflammatory cells infiltrated into the med-intima smooth muscle of the n-3 PUFA group. However, with no such changes were observed in control and n-3 PUFAs groups. Little or no expression of NF-κB, ICAM-1 and MCP-1, and a high expression level of IκBα were detected in aortic tunica intima of the n-3 PUFA and control groups, while high expression levels of NF-κB, ICAM-1 and MCP-1, and little expression of IκBα were detected in aortic tunica intima of the high fat-fed group.

结果 n-3脂肪酸组大鼠体重第1~11周均明显降低，空腹血糖、血清胰岛素、TG、TC、LDL-C、总FFA和内脏脂肪占体重百分比均明显低于HF组，HDL-C则明显高于HF组，与对照组无明显差别；n-3脂肪酸组大鼠主动脉主动脉内膜完整无内皮细胞脱落现象，内膜下泡沫细胞及炎细胞浸润减少，内膜的NF-κB呈弱阳性表达，IκBα呈阳性表达，ICAM-1和MCP-1均呈阴性或弱阳性表达。

Results The expression of endogenous LN was found in the basement membrane of epithelium, glands and blood vessels in uterine endometrium of both estrus and early pregnancy. And its was faint that LN present in basement membrane as the implantation occurs, but the LN immunostaining in the epithelial cells of endometrium was stronger. The exogenous LN has no obvious influence on blastocyst attachment and implantation. LN-antibody intra-uterine injection showed significant repressing effect on mouse blastocyst implantation.

结果 动情期及妊娠早期小鼠子宫内膜内源性LN在上皮和腺基膜及血管内皮基膜均有表达，并随着植入的发生基膜的LN表达减弱，而内膜上皮中LN免疫染色逐渐增强；外源性LN对小鼠胚泡粘附与植入子宫内膜不产生明显影响，层粘连蛋白抗体明显抑制小鼠胚泡着床。

Based on general chemotherapy, 33 patients with endomembrane tuberculosis underwent intervention therapy by bronchoscope, in which isoniazide, rifampin and pyrazinamide gel were injected on the part of lesion every 2 to 3 weeks.

TAMs plays a crucial role in endometrioid adenocarcinoma invasion, and metastases. It is helpful to endometrial carcinoma patients if the relationship between TAMs and gonadal hormone receptor in endometrioid adenocarcinoma to be explored early.
