p16, p53, C-erbB-2 expression play significant roles in judgement of the degree of malignancy and histologic differentiaton of endometrial carcinoma. The difference of p16, p53, C-erbB-2 expression may reflect the different manifestation of them on different stage of tumor pathogensis. Associated detection of them may make up for the deficiency of single index respectively and may contribute more to reflect the dynamic change of tumor cells.

p16、p53和C-erbB-2对判断子宫内膜癌的恶性程度和组织学分级都有重要意义，p16、P53和C-erbB-2表达上的差异可能反映了肿瘤不同阶段中各基因的不同表现，联合检测可以弥补单个指标检测的不足，更好地反映肿瘤细胞在不同阶段的动态改变。

Surface tear of the endomembrane and atherosclerotic plaque induced by balloon dilatation, mechanical expansion and carotid sinus draw-off can adjust compliance of the carotid wall, change sensitiveness of carotid artery receptor, cause instability of hemadynamics and defluxion of plaque fragments, lead to hypotension, bradycardia, hypertension and vascular embolism. How to control and reduce occurrence of above-mentioned complications is a main problem in present studies.

METHODS We used a dermatome to obtain thin endocardium,midcardium and epicardium transmural strips from left ventricular free wall of canine(weight 15-18 kg) and standard microelectrode techniques to record and measure the transmembrane action potential duration.

结果：①胺碘酮延长内、外膜层心肌细胞的动作电位时程，当基础周长为1 000 m s时，使用胺碘酮后心内膜层肌细胞的APD90由(254±38)m s延长为(274±37)m s(P.01)，外膜层肌细胞的APD90由(205±37)m s延长为(229±16)m s(P.01)；但其明显缩短中层肌细胞的APD，其APD90由(331±50)m s缩短为(290±62)m s(P.01)。

Results Of total 11 patients, 10 cases were mirror-image dextrocardia, 1 case was dextroversion. Among 10 patients were diagnosed as mirror-image dextrocardia, 5 patients were found to have concomitant cardiovascular malformations, the major anomalies were VSD,TOF, DORV. 1 case of dextroversion with complex cardiac anomalies: CECD+SA+DORV+PS. Conclusion Congenital dextrocardia may present with complex anomalies.

结果：11例先天性右位心患者中，镜像右位心10例，右旋心1例。10例镜像右位心中5例合并心内畸形，主要畸形为：室间隔缺损2例，法洛四联症2例，右室双出口1例；超声漏诊2例合并双上腔静脉。1例右旋心合并复杂畸形：完全型心内膜垫缺损、单心房、右室双出口、肺动脉瓣重度狭窄。
