AIM: To investigate the roles of Fas and Fas ligand in the pathogenesis of endometrial hyperplasia and endometrial carcinoma.

目的： 探讨Fas和Fas配体在人子宫内膜增生过长和子宫内膜癌发病中的作用。

The following MRI findings were reliable features in diagnosing endometriosis cyst:（1） High and mixed signal were predominant on both T1WI and T2WI;（2）"Satellite loculi" were visible at the periphery of large cysts;（3）Adhesion to neighboring organs;（4）Assocaled with endometriosis multinodules in pelvic cavity.

以下MRI征象应为卵巢子宫内膜异位囊肿较可靠诊断依据：（1）囊肿在 T1WI和T2WI均为高信号，或以高中信号为主的混杂信号；（2）大囊外有&卫星囊&；（3）边界不清，与临近器官有粘连；（4）盆腔内同时有多发散在不规则形态的内膜异位小结节。

In the rat carotid injury model, SM16 dosed once daily orally at 15 or 30 mg/kg SM16 for 14 days caused significant inhibition of neointimal thickening and lumenal narrowing. SM16 also prevented induction of adventitial smooth muscle alpha-actin-positive myofibroblasts and the production of intimal collagen, but did not decrease the percentage of proliferative cells.

在大鼠颈动脉损伤模型中，每日口服15或30mg/kgSM16持续14天能够显著抑制新生内膜增厚及管腔狭窄，预防对外膜α-SMA阳性肌成纤维细胞的诱导和内膜胶原的合成，但并不降低增殖细胞的比例。

EVA coated Paclitaxel-eluting stent can inhibite the neointimal hyperplasia in stented areas of coronary arteries one month after stent implantation in mini-swine model, which shows markeding promising of this product manufactured in Chinese factory. But the stent can also delay the reendothelialization of the intima and have the potential risk of late thrombosis as observed in studies of TAXUS stent, which suggests the importance of antipletelet therapy in clinical practice.

用该多聚物涂层制成的紫杉醇药物洗脱支架明显减少带药量的情况下可抑制1个月时猪冠状动脉新生内膜增生，均有开发、生产的前景，但和TAXUS紫杉醇洗脱支架一样可造成血管再内皮化及内膜修复延迟，且有造成晚期血栓形成的风险，提示临床应用中应加强抗血小板治疗。

The co-eluting stent, sirolimus-eluting stent and bare-metal stent were implanted into porcine coronary artery model of sac expansion; 28 days later, the neointirnal area, mean neointimal thickness and reendothelialization of the stented coronary arteries were analyzed.

在猪冠状动脉球囊扩张模型中，植入雷帕霉素／雌二醇复合洗脱支架、雷帕霉素洗脱支架和裸支架，术后28 d考察支架血管段新生内膜面积、内膜平均厚度及支架内皮化程度。

The spiracles are bigger and more near dorsal line than all the others. Their trachea branches are taper and abundant and form short tracheoles. This gave the tufted form to the trachea, which appeared shrubby. The trachea branches that arranged in other segments gave them a tree-like look. They do not directly supply oxygen for tissues, but they suspend in the hemolymph and attach to the muscle of the heart, so that they can move in constant with the contraction of the heart muscle.②The 8th segment tracheal tufts have thinner cuticle and basal lamina than that of the other trachea, and have much pad cuticle, which is appropriate for them to move, and their basal lamina have small pores, which are favour of the permeation of gas.③Injecting the methylene blue into the larvae to label hemolymph, we observed that the hemolymph flow into the heart through the 8th segment tracheal tufts.④Normally these tracheal tufts have all kinds of hemocytes, which are abundant in the tufts. A large number of hemocytes released from tissues attach to the tufts by changing their structure when anoxic stress happen.

气管分支细短而丰富，形成气管簇，呈灌木丛状（其它各节气管则呈粗树干状分布），它不是直接给组织供氧，而是悬浮在血液中，与心肌相连接，随着心肌的收缩而不断运动；②气管簇的内膜及底膜都比其它各节的薄，且管壁内膜具有更多的适合运动的垫状表皮，底膜还有小孔结构，这有利于气体的通透；③向体内注射蓝色的亚甲基蓝标记血液发现，血液流动方向是经该气管簇后而流回心脏；④正常情况下，气管簇处有各种各样的血细胞聚集，当缺氧胁迫时有大量的血细胞从组织中释放出来，通过变形而紧贴气管簇，有利于气体的交换；⑤给体内注射无色的亚甲基蓝发现气管簇比其它各节更易变蓝，说明该处具有更高的获氧能力。

Results In 280 patients,109 of them were non-endometrial disease,162 were benign disease and 9 were endometrial carcinoma.There had remarkable difference in their sonograms,blood flow images and resistance indexes.

结果 无子宫内膜病变的109例，良性病变162例，子宫内膜癌9例，三者声像图表现、血流显示、阻力指均有明显差异。

Abstract］ Objective To discuss the value of transvaginal color Doppler ultrasound in diagnosis of endometrial disease.Methods Transvaginal color Doppler ultrasounds were performed in 280 patients endometria.The sonograms were compared with the results of dilatation and curettage and pathology.

摘要］ 目的探讨经阴道彩色多普勒超声对子宫内膜病的诊断价值方法对280例患者的子宫内膜进行经阴道彩色多普勒超声检测，并与诊断性刮宫、手术病理结果对照。

Methods:DNA ploidy and SPF were detected in 39 cases of endometrial carcinoma,8 cases of complicated hyperplasia endometrium by flow cytometry.

采用流式细胞术测定 39例子宫内膜癌，8例复合型增生子宫内膜中DNA倍体和SPF的变化。
