内膜

Decidual tissue is a very complex and highly concordant tiny environment between mother and embryo during pregnancy, which is constituted of the variety cells such as extravi11ous trophoblast,endometrium cells, bone marrow cells, decidua l microphage,T cells and a few B cells and so on.

正常蜕膜组织是母-胎界面间一个非常复杂而又高度协调的微环境，它由多种细胞如侵袭至蜕膜的绒毛外滋养细胞(extravi11ous trophoblast，EVT)、子宫内膜源性细胞(如上皮细胞和血管内皮细胞)、骨髓源性细胞(如大颗粒淋巴细胞、蜕膜巨噬细胞、T细胞和少许B细胞)构成，这些细胞以及由这些细胞、母体和胎儿所分泌到蜕膜的细胞因子共同形成了母-胎间信息交流的平台，并对胚胎滋养细胞"有控性"侵袭、子宫内膜的免疫容受性、蜕膜化和胎盘的形成进行精细的调控。

Mitochondria was relatively little in size. Round primary lysosome with high electron-densed granules and secondary lysosome with high or low electron-densed granules were seen frequently. DCs contained many rough endoplasmic reticulum, the Golgi apparatus and ribosomes. The vacuoles with flocculent electron-densed granules were rare. Some special granules in cytoplasm were seen, whose surface like earphone were covered with a membrane. High electron-densed contents in the granules were near one side and the other side was bright. The nucleus became markedly small in volume, nephroid or hoofed in shape. The nucleus had little euchromatin and lots of heterochromatin under nuclear membrane.

子宫内膜癌组织DC超微结构特征如下：细胞形态不规则，与正常子宫内膜组织DC相比，胞膜较光滑，胞膜表面树突状胞浆突起显著减少，部分突起呈粗短状；胞质中线粒体相对少，圆形而电子密度高的初级溶酶体和不规则形且电子密度高低不一的次级溶酶体多见；高尔基体、粗面内质网、核糖体丰富；含微量絮状电子致密物的胞饮小泡显著减少；胞质中可见形态特殊的颗粒，该颗粒外周膜包裹，略呈圆形，中间部位稍弯曲，如耳机状，颗粒中由高电子致密物居于一侧，而另一侧则呈透亮状；胞核显著减小，居于胞质一侧，常呈肾形或马蹄形，核内常染色质较少，异染色质多边集于核膜下。

三、纤维支气管镜检查所有患者经纤维支气管镜检查前均查痰找抗酸杆菌1~3次，除2例痰菌阳性外，余为阴性；在纤维支气管镜直视下观察气管、支气管及各肺段、支气管黏膜，经取活检、刷检做病理细胞学检查及细菌学检查；以支气管内膜异常并经病理组织为结核病变或结核菌涂片阳性诊断支气管内膜结核。

结果：(1)高脂组斑块面积从8周末的37％上升到16周末50％，内膜从40 μm增厚到56 μm；(2)L-Arg组主动脉斑块面积和内膜厚度明显减少；(3)补充2.25％L-精氨酸8周，血清总胆固醇和丙二醛水平恢复正常，超氧化物歧化酶活性比高脂组高80％，比安慰剂组高60％。

It is suggested that the inactivation of p16 gene may be involved in the carcinogenesis of endometrial carcinoma, and the expression of p16 protein may be a useful prognosticator of endometrial carcinoma.

结论p16基因和PCNA可能参与子宫内膜癌的发生发展，p16蛋白检测可做为子宫内膜癌的预后指标。

通过医院计算机网络系统，将22年来该院收治的子宫颈癌与子宫内膜癌共3 127例，其中宫颈癌2 245例，子宫内膜癌882例，逐年统计，将发病年龄分布情况经等级相关分析。

objective:to explore the value of laparoscopy in diagnosis and treatment of female infertility.methods:the clinical data of 139 cases of female patients with infertility were analyzed retrospectively.results:among 139 cases,55 cases with pelvic adhesion,34 cases with salpingitis,20 cases with endometriosis,and 14 cases with polycystic ovary.the pregnancy rates were 47.27%,41.18%,55.56% and 46.15% respectively after laparoscopic surgery.pelvic adhesion salpingitis and endometriosis were the major cause of female infertility.conclusions:laparoscopic technique can find out the reason of infertility more earlier and more directly and provide timely therapy.so it has excellent clinical effect.

目的：探讨腹腔镜诊治女性不孕症的应用价值。方法：回顾分析我院2004年12月至2007年12月应用腹腔镜诊治女性不孕症139例患者的临床资料。结果：139例中盆腔粘连55例，输卵管炎34例，子宫内膜异位症20例，多囊卵巢综合征14例，术后妊娠率分别为47.27%，41.18%，55.56%，46.15%。盆腔粘连、输卵管炎、子宫内膜异位症是引起女性不孕的主要盆腔病因。结论：应用腹腔镜技术能早期、直观、准确的明确不孕症输卵管及盆、腹腔病因并可同时予以针对性治疗，在直视下通液，动态观察输卵管通畅度和形态，大大降低了常规通液术的假阳性、假阴性率。
