Endometriosis is a condition in which patches of endometrium occur in parts of your body other than your womb.

子宫内膜异位症是一种条件，其中补丁子宫内膜发生在部分你的身体以外的其他子宫。

Results:Ratio of intima/media peaked at 4-6 weeks,and then regressed to normal by 7～8 weeks.

结果：拉伤后血管内膜/中膜面积值于4～6周达到高峰，7～8周增厚的内膜几乎完全消退。

MAIN OUTCOME MEASURES: Integrality of transplanted vessels, intimal thickness and nitric oxide synthase activity in the intima.

主要观察指标：静脉移植段血管内皮的完整性、内膜厚度及内膜一氧化氮合酶活性。

Inhibition of intimal hyperplasia or improvement of intima formation and vessel wall remodeling can effectively prevent restenosis.

抑制血管内膜过度增生或改善新生内膜形成以及血管重塑过程均可有效防止再狭窄。

Methods:32 patients of TCPC were reviewed: the average age was 10 years,ranged from 5 to 24 years and the average weight was 28 kilogramme,ranged from 13 to 55 kilogramme.18 patients underwent lateral tunnel and 1 patient underwent extracardiac conduit TCPC with hypothermic cardiopulmonary bypass and heart arrest,and 10 patients were treated by extracardiac conduit technique with normothermic CPB and without heart arrest and 2 patients without CPB,and 1 patients underwent two-step operation.

回顾性分析32例全腔静脉肺动脉连接术患者的临床资料：年龄5～24岁，平均（10±5）岁，体重13～55 kg，平均（28±11） kg，病种包括单心室16例，右心室双出口并完全性心内膜垫缺损6例，完全性大动脉转位并完全性心内膜垫缺损3例，三尖瓣闭锁6例，二尖瓣闭锁1例。其中，在低温体外循环心脏停跳下18例行右房内侧隧道法，1例行心外管道法，常温体外循环心脏跳动下10例行心外管道法，非体外循环下2例行心外管道法，1例行分次全腔静脉肺动脉连接术。

Objective: To investigate Human leukocyte antigen-G mRNA expression in the endometrium of endometriosis.

目的检测人类白细胞抗原-G在子宫内膜异位症在位与异位内膜组织中的表达。

Results Four weeks after transplantation, fluorescence-labeled cells were found in the media, neointima and on the luminal surface of injured segments.

结果：术后4周，荧光显微镜下，在血管中膜、新生内膜层和内膜表面均可见荧光标记的细胞。

"Endometrial ablation for menorrhagia permits uterine conservation in more than 80% of women over age 45 years when followed up to 8 years," the study authors write."For women aged younger than 40 years, probability of hysterectomy is 40%....Additional studies with longer follow-up are necessary to determine whether endometrial ablation is more likely to replace, or merely delay, hysterectomy in women aged younger than 40 years at the time of the procedure."

研究作者写道，子宫内膜烧灼术治疗月经过多，可以让80%以上的45岁以上妇女在八年追踪期间都保留子宫；对於40岁以下妇女，可能有40%机率会进行子宫切除，需要更长追踪期间的其他研究来确认子宫内膜烧灼术是否可以取代旧技术，或者只是延迟那些进行手术时40岁以下者的子宫切除术时间而已。

Endometrial hyperplasia usually results with conditions of prolonged estrogen excess and can lead to metrorrhagia (uterine bleeding at irregular intervals), menorrhagia (excessive bleeding with menstrual periods), or menometrorrhagia .

Objective: 1.To observe the change of pathogenesis,the endometrial cell apoptotic regulatory gene related protein expression, including bcl-2 and bax, among patients suffering from metrorrhagia and metrostaxis due to Kidney-Deficiency and Blood-Stasis Syndrome .
