Atlas Human cDNA expression array technique was employed to study the differences in gene expression in normal and endometrial cancer tissues.

为了鉴定正常子宫内膜与子宫内膜癌组织之间差异基因的表达，采用AtlasTM 人表达阵列技术，首先从正常子宫内膜和子宫内膜癌组织获得以α 3 2 P标记dATP的cDNA ，然后与两个相同的AtlasTM人表达阵列膜(含 5 88个已知基因)杂交。

Methods The expression of Bim and p21WAF1/CIP1 was detected by immunhistochemical technique in 30 patients with endometriosis and 30 healthy women.

采用免疫组化SP法检测30例正常子宫内膜和30例子宫内膜异位症患者的在位内膜和异位内膜的Bim和p21 WAF1/CIP1的表达。

Results ① No intimal lesion was found in the transplant vessels of isograft group. In TA group,the proliferation of vascular smooth muscle cells was marked and abundant neocapillaries were observed in neointima. The thickness of intimal lesion of intervention group was 48.0% less than that of TA group.

结果 ①同系组移植动脉内膜未见增生；TA组内膜见大量的血管平滑肌细胞增殖，新生内膜中见丰富的新生毛细血管形成；干预组较TA组内膜增生程度减轻(P.05)，内膜厚度减少48.0%。

In addition, we presume that the role of different MMPs is distinct in various stages of EMs development. The difference of subjects which is resulted by the genetic difference of MMP-1 has the association with the risk of EMs, and the abnormal expression of protein may have relation with the development of EMs; The abnormal expression of MMP-3 has a very important role in the development of EMs; As a protein of endothelial expression, MMP-7 may participate in the development of EMs, endometrial cells with high-expression MMP-7 easily take place ectopic implantation in the blood of menstruate countercurrented and increase the risk of EMs; It is not confirmed in our study that there are the association of MMP-9 with the risk of EMs, but in view of other study, we will further evaluate the role of MMP-9 in the development of EMs.

且推测不同的MMPs基因在子宫内膜异位症发生和发展的不同阶段作用不同，MMP-1基因的遗传差异所导致的个体差异与子宫内膜异位症发病风险的个体差异相关，其蛋白的异常表达还可能与子宫内膜异位症的进展相关；MMP-3基因的异常表达在子宫内膜异位症的发展中起重要作用；MMP-7作为一个上皮性表达的蛋白，可能对子宫内膜异位症的发生起重要作用，带有MMP-7高表达的在位子宫内膜细胞更易在经血逆流中"异位"种植，增加个体子宫内膜异位症的发病风险；MMP-9虽然在本研究中没有被证实与子宫内膜异位症的发生和发展有相关性，但鉴于其它相关研究，有待于从其它方法证实MMP-9在子宫内膜异位症进展中的作用。

Objective To study the relationship of endangium proliferation and the expression of metalloproteinases and tissue inhibitors of metalloproteinases after angioplasty of iliac artery in rabbits to investigate the probable mechanism of composite Danshen pill in prevention and treatment of restenosisMethods 30 white male rabbits of Japan （the average body weight was 25～30 kg）were randomly divided into 3 groups:normal control group,model group (intima destroyed by balloon and given hypercholesterol diet),CDP group (intima destroyed by balloon and given hypercholesterol diet plus drug CDP 150 mg/d),10 ones each groupResults The results of iliac artery angiogram and the analysis of pathology:there were lumens stenosis,thinner intima,smaller intima area,in CDP group compared with those in model group,and ratio of intima and tunica media thickness and area among each group (P＜001)Immunohistochemistry analysis:the MMP2,MMP9,TIMP1,TIMP2 in model group significantly increased than those in control group (P＜001)The CDP group had lower MMP2 and MMP9 expression,higher TIMP1 and TIMP2 expression,and increased MMP2/TIMP1,MMP9/TIMP2 than model group (P＜001)The thickening of vascular neointima and stenosis degree of vascular lumen were relevant to MMP2 and MMP9 (r=0896,P＜001)Conclusions MMP and TIMP play the very important role in the restenosis process of arteryCDP could inhibit the thickness of vascular neointima after balloon injury,the probable mechanism of which may be inhibiting collagen formation,smooth muscle immigration and decreasing hyperplasia of intima by interfering expression of MMPs and TIMPs

目的 研究兔髂动脉成形术后血管内膜增生和基质金属蛋白酶及其抑制物表达之间的关系，探讨复方丹参滴丸预防再狭窄的可能机制。方法健康成年二级雄性日本大耳白兔30只，平均体重25～30 kg。随机分为3组：正常对照组10只，模型组10只（球囊内膜剥脱加高胆固醇饮食），治疗组10只（球囊内膜剥脱加高胆固醇饮食以及复方丹参滴丸150 mg/d）。结果兔髂动脉造影、血管病理图像分析检测结果：①复方丹参滴丸组较模型组血管造影示管腔直径狭窄、内膜厚度减少、内膜面积减少、内膜厚度和中膜厚度比、面积比，各组之间有显著性差异(P＜001)。②免疫组化分析：模型组MMP2、MMP9、TIMP1、TIMP2表达均高于对照组（P＜001）；复方丹参滴丸组MMP2、MMP9的表达低于模型组，而TIMP1、TIMP2的表达高于模型组；TIMP1/MMP2、TIMP2/MMP9明显增加，差异有显著性（P＜001）。③内膜的增生以及管腔的狭窄程度与MMP2、MMP9有很好的相关性(r=0896，P＜001)。结论 MMP和TIMP在再狭窄形成中起重要作用；复方丹参滴丸能够明显抑制血管损伤后的内膜增生，可能的机制是通过影响金属蛋白酶MMP2、MMP9及其抑制物TIMP1、TIMP2的表达从而抑制胶原的生成、平滑肌的迁移、增生，而减少内膜的增生。

In the normal uterus, Cytokeratins immunolabelling were detected in glandular cell, luminal epithelial cell, Vimentin immunolabelling were detected in stromal cell and endoblastic cell; CK7 immunolabelling were not detected in any tissue of the yak utenus.

研究结果显示：未妊娠时，泛角蛋白在子宫内膜腺上皮细胞、腔上皮细胞内表达，波形蛋白在子宫内膜基质细胞内表达，平滑肌肌动蛋白在子宫平滑肌和血管平滑肌内表达，牦牛子宫任何部位均不表达角蛋白7；妊娠30天左右时，泛角蛋白在子宫内膜腺上皮细胞、子宫内膜腔上皮细胞、滋养层细胞、内胚层细胞和尿囊细胞内表达，波形蛋白在子宫内膜基质细胞和内胚层细胞内表达，平滑肌肌动蛋白在子宫平滑肌和血管平滑肌内表达，角蛋白7在尿囊细胞内表达，偶尔在腔上皮细胞的细胞核边缘表达；消化法进行原代培养时，组织经胶原酶消化并通过100目和400目筛网组合可以有效地分离原代子宫内膜基质细胞和子宫内膜腺上皮细胞；分离得到的子宫内膜基质细胞活率达90%以上，并可在体外传代7次以上；分离得到的子宫内膜腺上皮细胞活率可达85%以上，并可在体外传代5次以上；RPMI1640培养基最适合子宫内膜基质细胞和子宫内膜腺上皮细胞的生长，维持子宫内膜基质细胞正常生长的FBS添加量为20%，维持子宫内膜腺上皮细胞正常生长的胎牛血清添加量为30%。

The width,morphology and blood flow of endometrium were observed. Results: In endomembrane thickness, blood vessel density and resistance index, discrepancy among them has statistical significance with nonorganic disease, benign lesion and endometrial cancer.

结果：在内膜厚度、血管密度及阻力指数方面，子宫内膜癌、良性病变(各种炎症、子宫内膜增生或不典型增生、子宫内膜息肉)及非器质性改变(增生期子宫内膜、分泌期子宫内膜、萎缩性子宫内膜)两两比较差异均有统计学意义(P.05)。

Methods: The eutopic and ectopic endometria of 23 cases, pathologically proved to be endometriosis, were chosen as experimental group, with the eutopic endometrial of 9 cases without endometriosis taken as control group.

选取23例经病理证实为子宫内膜异位症的在位内膜及异位内膜标本（增殖期11例，分泌期12例）为实验组，以9例非子宫内膜异位症患者的子宫内膜标本为对照组。

结果生存素在研究组异位病灶中广泛表达，表达的强度显著高于其在位内膜和对照组子宫内膜，增殖期高于分泌期；研究组在位内膜的生存素表达也高于对照组内膜；无论是研究组在位内膜还是对照组子宫内膜中生存素的表达均不随月经周期变化。

Methods: 458 postmenopausal endometrial polyps were all treated by transcervical recection of polyp,and diagnosed by pathology.The presence of ER,PR, Bcl-2 and Ki-67 were detected by immunohistochemical staining.Following up these cases, 160 cases recured in three months to three years after treatment.These recurrence were treated by large dose mifepristone.After three months, 55 cases remainder EP were detected by hysteroscopy and treated by TCRP,then detected the presence of above receptors in the same way.

绝经后子宫内膜息肉患者458例，均接受宫腔镜下子宫内膜息肉切除术，术后病理诊断均为子宫内膜息肉，并采用免疫组化法检测子宫内膜息肉中雌、孕激素受体及Ki-67、Bcl-2的表达；随访以上患者，术后3个月～3年复发160例，均予大剂量米非司酮口服治疗，3个月后行宫腔镜检查，有残余息肉者55例，再行TCRP，并采用免疫组化法检测子宫内膜息肉中雌、孕激素受体及Ki-67、Bcl-2的表达。
