Results Eleven cases of TBMN in children were showed as isolated hematuria, glomerule with normal appearance or slight change and characterized by diffuse thin basement membrane in ultrastructural observation( the thickness of GBM＜ 200 nm, and dense-layer＜ 100 nm).

结果：11例小儿TBMN临床主要表现为单纯血尿，无其它明显的阳性体征，光镜下肾小球无明显改变或轻微异常，未见蛋白管型，包曼囊内及肾小管腔内可见渗出的红细胞，电镜下GBM广泛变薄，平均厚度＜200 nm，致密层厚度＜100 nm。

Results:Forty five of 70 patients were followed up,dysphagia relieved except two patients whose esophageal lumen was jamed up with grume early after operation.

结果 ：70例中，随访 4 5例，早期置放网状内支架 2例食管腔内黏液堵塞，带膜支架术后吞咽困难缓解，能进半流质，平均存活 8个月。

Under transmission electron microscope, cellular swelling in brain tissue, nuclear membrane of neuron has incisures, some chromatic agglutination, group A mainly appears endoplasmic reticulum distention and glial cell endocytosis, while group B mainly appears histolysis; cardiac fibrous structure is chaotic, Z line concentrates, mitochondria swelling, nucleus deform; the ecphyma of podocyte becomes thinner and longer like villus, some mix together, plasma membrane infolding of renal cells decreases, mitochondria malformation, cells in lumens.

透射电镜观察显示，试验组动物脑组织细胞肿胀，神经元核膜出现切迹，部分染色质凝集，A组动物出现内质网扩张及胶质细胞吞噬现象，B组动物以组织溶解为主；心肌纤维结构紊乱，Z线聚集，收缩带形成，线粒体肿胀，核变形；肾小球足突细长，绒毛化，并可见足突融合，肾小管上皮细胞质膜内褶减少，线粒体畸形，管腔可见脱落细胞，上述改变均以B组为著。

Methods Forty-four EBTB patients weredivided into an experiment group and a control group. All the patients of the two groups were treated with generalchemotherapy, the patients of experiment group accepted endobronehial decimeter wave therapy at the same time. 共选取44例狭窄型支气管内膜结核患者，将其随机分为治疗组及对照组。2组均给予常规抗结核药物治疗，治疗组患者同时介人纤支镜分米波治疗，将纤支镜插入病灶支气管内，充分吸出病灶支气管管腔内脓性分泌物或干酪样坏死物后，经纤支镜活检孔插入分米波天线，并将天线尖端插入病灶内实施分米波辐射。

Results Osteoclast and osteoblast around trabecula of bones showed proliferation, shi1e fatty tissues in bone marrow decreased and hematopoietic tissue well-regenerated alter the hyperbaric oxygen-treated. Also juvenal osteocyte and collagen fibril were observed in early stage by electron microscope.

结果 多数骨小梁周围可见骨母细胞增生、偶见破骨细胞增生，髓腔内脂肪细胞逐渐减少，造血组织增生；电镜发现骨小梁内早期即出现幼稚骨细胞和胶原原纤维合成。

MAIN OUTCOME MEASURES: Number of trabecular bone closely or not closely connected by bone cement section surrounding to calculate the rate of combination; condition of surfaces of marrow cavity and bone cement in the column by amplifier.

主要观察指标：观察CT片，测出骨水泥截面周围与骨小梁结合紧密者与非结合者的个数，计算结合率。用放大器材观察骨髓腔内表面及骨水泥内柱表面情况。

Abstract］ objective to observe gentamicin pmma chain in the treatment of chronic osteomyelitis.methods the seven cases of chronic osteomyelitis patients,had thorough debridement therapy,implanted in the bone marrow cavity in the soft tissue around with gentamicin pmma chain,indwelling two weeks over.results cured five cases,two cases were effective.conclusion gentamicin chain is important in treatment of chronic osteomyelitis,recommends retaining three months.

目的 观察庆大霉素 pmma 珠链在慢性骨髓炎治疗中应用的临床疗效。方法对7例慢性骨髓炎患者，彻底清创治疗后，在骨髓腔内与周围软组织内植入庆大霉素 pmma 珠链，留置 2 周以上。结果治愈5例，有效2例。结论庆大霉素珠链是治疗慢性骨髓炎的重要方法，推荐留置 3 个月。
