结果1光镜下，与对照组相比实验组可见肾小球有不同程度的肿胀，囊腔变小甚至消失，内有数量不等的红细胞和浆液渗出；肾小管上皮细胞变性、脱落，管腔内有红染的团块和脱落的细胞成分。2常规尿液检测结果发现尿比重增加，尿液中有不同程度的潜血，尿中出现蛋白质，尿液的PH 值较对照组降低，另外，尿液中葡萄糖的含量降低。
