内窥镜检查

Materials and Methods 22 patients with aortic diseases (11 aneurysm, 1 pseudoaneurysm, 7 dissection, 2 co arctation, 1 aorto-arteritis) were performed by spiral CT. SSD,MPR, MIP and CTVE were used.

材料与方法 22例主动脉疾病（11例主动脉瘤、1例胸主动脉假性动脉瘤、7例主动脉夹层动脉瘤、1例大动脉炎、2例主动脉缩窄）者行螺旋CT增强检查，以表面覆盖显示、多平面重建、最大密度投影、血管CT仿真内窥镜成像等多种方式重建。

Objective To study the methods and the value of clinical application of CT virtual colonoscopy.

目的 研究CT仿真结肠内窥镜的检查方法及临床应用价值。

Methods 36 acute Pulmonary embolism patients were examined by technique that concentrateion of contrast medium controls the scanning of 16slice spiral CT.Among them,6 suspected of phlebothrombosis was given lower limb scanning in 170 seconds after thorax scanning.Volume data was transmitted to the work station and the reconstruction of multiplanar reformations,maximum intensity projection,volume rendering and virtual endoscopy.

采用16层螺旋CT触发扫描技术对36例急性肺栓塞患者行MSCTPA检查，其中6例可疑下肢静脉血栓患者在完成胸部扫描后延迟170 s行下肢扫描，容积数据传送至工作站后分别行多平面重建、最大密度投影、容积再现及仿真内窥镜成像。
