In the shallow soil with the depth of 0~50 cm below the ground surface,the extent from 0 to 50 centimeters, the change of the δ13C of the soil carbonate is positively related with the depth in the upper soil profile from 0~30 cm,but it will increase rapidly in the lower soil profile as the result of the existence of salined and alkali soil layer.

盐碱化土地在0～50 cm的深度范围内，土壤碳酸盐的δ13C值变化规律为：0～30 cm深度内，土壤碳酸盐的δ13C值随深度的增加而逐渐减小；在30～50 cm范围内，如果有盐积层或碱积层的存在，则土壤碳酸盐的δ13C值迅速增加。

Results:The AgNOR results of malignant pleural effusion were obviously higher than those in tuberculosis pleural effusion(P.01).There were many dispersion,congregation and commix in the morphological study of AgNOR particles in malignant pleural effusion,but single form in tuberculosis pleural effusions.

结果：癌性积液组AgNOR的10项参数测定指标均与良性组有显著性差异(P.01)，并且癌性胸腔积液组癌细胞核内AgNOR颗粒以弥散型、聚集型和混合型为主，而结核性积液组细胞核内AgNOR颗粒以单一型为主。

Results The ultrasonic examination of tuberculosis hydrothorax showed that hydrothorax in thoracic cavity had no echo zone with clear sound transparent;pleura was thickened uniformly;opaque dark area of fluid had no parenchymatous phyma.Ultrasonic examination of cancerous hydrothorax showed that hydrothorax in thoracic cavity had no echo zone filled with full of thin light spots;sound transparent was not very clear;pleura showed uniform thickening;opaque dark area of fluid had parenchymatous uniform phyma.

结果 结核性胸腔积液超声检查显示胸腔内胸腔积液无回声区透声清，胸膜均匀性增厚，液性暗区内未见实质性肿块；癌性胸腔积液超声检查显示胸腔内胸腔积液无回声区内充满细小光点，透声欠清，胸膜多呈非均匀性增厚，液性暗区内可见有实质非均质性肿块。

The results show that mechanical heterogeneity has great influence on the J-integral of welded joint containing transverse crack. The J-integral on the path cross the interface between welded joint and base metal is higher than the J-integral on the paths in the weld metal for undermatched joint,while the J-integral on the path cross the interface between weld metal and base metal is lower than the J-integral on the paths in the weld metal for overmatched joint. Moreover,the difference of J-integral values increases with the increasing of the load and strength mismatching difference and the path-enclosed length of interface between weld metal and base metal.

计算结果表明：力学不均匀性对含横向裂纹焊接接头的J积分有重要影响，低匹配焊接接头中积分路径穿越焊缝与母材界面的J积分值高于积分路径在焊缝内的J积分值，高匹配焊接接头中积分路径穿越焊缝与母材界面的J积分值低于积分路径在焊缝内的J积分值；载荷越大，焊缝与母材的强度差别越大；积分路径中包含的焊缝与母材界面长度越大，J积分的差值越大。
