回顾性统计2006年3月至2008年6月在华山医院神经内科诊治的脑梗死患者的一般信息、卒中危险因素、头颈部血管影像学资料，并对上述患者根据头颈部血管影像学资料（B超、CTA、MRA及DSA）对其是否合并有责任大血管狭窄进行分组；应用单因素χ2检验分析各个危险因素在不同分组间的差异，并对危险因素与不同血管病变分组之间的相关性进行多元logistic回归分析。

Objective To compare the efficacy of the stent-assisted angioplasty with medical conservative treatment for extracranial internal carotid artery stenosis.

Methods The blood pressure, eye ground, urinalysis, renal function and extrarenal presentations of malignant hypertension patients, who had been hospitalized in recent eleven years, were analyzed retrospectively.

回顾性分析我院肾内科 11年来收治的 2 7例(男 2 1例，女 6例，年龄 19～ 5 1岁)MHPT患者的血压、眼底、尿和肾功能变化，对比分析原发性和肾实质性MHPT的临床与肾脏病理改变。

Results The 30-day mortality for the 113 cases of ganglionic intracerebral hemorrhage treated by stereotaxic aspiration was14.2%.

内科保守治疗病人中，基本痊愈4例，显著进步15例，进步38例，无变化8例，恶化7例，死亡19例，死亡率为20.9%。

Methods The medical records and CT scans of 82 inpatients with ganglionic intracerebral hemorrhage treated by microinvasive evacuation of hematoma and 61 inpatients with conservativ treatment were retrospectively reviewed. The basic condition and curative effect for all patients in 30 days after hemorrhage were evaluated.

对2001年12月至2003年8月间我院病案首页数据库中所有在CT指导下行颅内微创血肿清除术治疗的基底节出血病例以及同期符合颅内微创血肿清除术手术指征而行内科保守治疗的基底节出血患者的一般情况、预后、临床神经功能缺损和继发脑水肿改变进行回顾性分析。

Methods The medical records and CT scans of 113 inpatients with ganglionic intracerebral hemorrhage treated by stereotaxic aspiration and 91 inpatients without stereotaxic aspiration treatment were retrospectiely reiewed.

回顾性分析2000年12月1 日到2002年6月1 日间我院病案首页数据库中所有行CT指导下行锥颅抽吸治疗的基底节出血病例以及同期符合锥颅抽吸治疗手术指征而行内科保守治疗的基底节出血患者。在患者出血后30天进行疗效评定。
