Between P14 and P21,CIAPIN1 immunoreaction in the brain,heart and liverbecame much lower. However,between P21 and P28,CIAPIN1 immunoreactionin the heart,brain,liver and skeletal muscle became much lower,while with thekidney development,CIAPIN1 immunoreaction in the kidney became higher. Invarious tissues from adult mouse,CIAPIN1 immunoreaction could be seen incardiac muscle cell,brain,hepatocyte,epithelium of renal tubule,skeletal muscle,lung tissue,gastric mucosa and gland,acinus lienalis.2. Distribution of CIAPIN1 in normal fetal and adult human tissuesTo reveal the possible physiological role of CIAPIN1,we examined theexpression and distribution of CIAPIN1 in fetal and adult human tissues usingimmunohistochemistry. We found that CIAPIN1 was ubiquitously distributed infetal and adult tissues,and was localized in both the cytoplasm and the nucleus.

RESULTS: Four hours after operation, rats injected with bletilla particles developed temporary conscious disturbance, and sustained hemiparesis of contralateral limbs with spontaneous circling behavior. Ischemia or infarction was found obviously in the cortex of parietal, frontal lobes and basal nuclei of the right cerebral hemisphere, where the neurons characterized with vague outlines, pyknosis and necrosis of neuron nuclei were recognized as well. But hemiparesis and spontaneous circling behavior only lasted for 12 h after embolization with bletilla gum.

结果：白芨微粒组大鼠术后4 h内呈现意识障碍，持续性对侧肢体轻度偏瘫及环转，TTC染色显示右侧大脑半球额叶、顶叶皮层和基底核附近局灶性缺血或梗塞，光学显微镜下可见缺血区脑组织水肿或坏死，神经元轮廓模糊，核固缩或裂解等；白芨胶组仅在术后术后1 h内有轻度意识障碍，12 h内出现对侧肢体行动障碍，但未见明显病理改变。

The results showed that NaCl stress decreased the seedlings fresh mass and dry mass significantly. Under NaCl stress, the relative contents of Na(superscript +) and Cl(superscript -) in cells increased significantly, but the increment somewhat differed with different tissues. In root and stem, epidermal cells had the greatest increment, followed by cortex cells, and stelar cells; while in leaf, epidermal cells had the greatest increment, followed by cortex cells, spongy tissue cells, and palisade tissue cells.

结果表明：NaCl能显著降低长春花幼苗的鲜质量和干质量；对根、茎和叶片横切面X射线微区分析表明，NaCl胁迫导致长春花体内各组织细胞中Na和Cl相对含量显著增加，但在各器官、组织中分布稍有不同：与对照相比，根和茎中都是表皮细胞中增加幅度最大，中柱细胞次之，皮层细胞最低；在叶片中亦是表皮细胞增加幅度最大，依次是皮层细胞、海绵组织细胞及栅栏组织细胞。

The results are unsure for experimental use;The rabbit's corneas that were removed with upper-half of corneal limbal epithelium lamella and erased the center corneal epitheliums were transparent with intact corneal epithelium;In the approach,the corneal and limbal epitheliums were burned with a cotton swab socked in 1 mol/L NaOH,there were 4 rabbits' corneal stroma happened perforation or ulcer and symblepharon,and the other one presented corneal epithelium phenotype.This is an applicable method to create the pathological model of corneal limbal stem cell total deficiency.

结果表明，处理后4周，全周角膜缘上皮板层手术切除，中央角膜上皮层用1 mol/L NaOH擦除的5只试验家兔角膜表面全部血管化、结膜化，未发生睑球粘连，角膜基质胶原纤维完整未见溃疡、穿孔等病变，细胞印迹学检查为结膜表型，可作为实验性角膜缘干细胞移植的病理模型；全周角膜缘上皮板层手术切除，中央角膜上皮用生理盐水擦除的5只试验家兔，有2只为结膜表型，另3只为角膜表型，观察期内结果不稳定；半周角膜缘上皮板层手术切除，中央角膜上皮层用生理盐水擦除的5只试验家兔，角膜表面透明，全部为角膜表型；直接用1 mol/L NaOH擦除角膜缘和中央角膜上皮的试验家兔，有4只角膜基质胶原纤维断裂、溶解，并伴有严重的溃疡、穿孔、睑球粘连等病变，不能用于移植试验，另1只角膜表面透明，未见结膜和新生血管长入，细胞印迹学检查为角膜表型。

Results Abnormal signal lesions were found in 47 patients with viral encephalitis, including multiple or single, symmetrical or asymmetrical large patch shape lesions, the located mainly in cortices, subcortical and basal ganglia and thalami. The lesions carried long T 1 and long T 2 on MRI. Enhanced MRI was performed in 22 cases, and demonstrated abnormal enhancement in 11 cases, including large patch or gyrus shape enhancement in 7 cases.

结果 病毒性脑炎脑内有多发或单发的对称或不对称大片状病灶，主要位于皮层、皮层下及基底节丘脑区，MRI呈长T1 长T2 信号，增强扫描22例，显示病灶强化者11例，其中呈大片状或脑回状强化者7例。

RESULTS: In the retinal region without light, the structure of every layer was clear, cells in neuroepithelial layer arrayed in rule, some bubble presented in external granular layer and internal granular layer, RPE cells were compact, and the color of pigment article was coincident. In the region with direct blue light and that with 30J/cm2+Acrysof one-piece/ pMMlA, cells on photoreceptor and external granular layer were lost partially, bubble increased, RPE cells were with different sizes, and cell edema, cell lost and pigment article cluster could be seen.. In region with 30J/cm2+Natural, a little disorganization could be seen comparing to that without light, but more normal than those with Acrysof and direct eradia tion.

结果：未照射部位：视网膜各层次结构清晰，神经上皮层内各细胞排列规则，整齐，RPE细胞排列紧密均匀，色素颜色一致；单独光照和透过Acrysof一片式I0L：光感受器层部分细胞丢失，外核层可见固缩核，浓密，内颗粒层细胞大量丢失，内丛状层内空泡明显增多，RPE表面，细胞大小不均，可见肿胀、缺失，细胞内色素浓密、聚集成块；透过Nat-ural一片：与未照射处相比，视网膜各层次结构仍有部分破坏，但程度明显减轻。
