在整体和离体水平，选用大鼠高脂血症模型模拟动脉粥样硬化早期状况。用114只大鼠多指标着重研究n-3多不饱和脂肪酸在高脂血症状态下对内皮的保护作用，以探讨其预防动脉粥样硬化的机理。所采用指标包括：浸银法观察内皮细胞排列与形态；离体血管环观察内皮依赖性舒张；伊文氏蓝染料法观察内皮通透性。为探讨作用机理，进行了血脂和体重的动态监测、DPH(1，6-二苯基-1，3，5，乙三烯)标记红细胞膜的荧光光谱测定、红细胞膜流动性测定、血浆和红细胞膜脂质过氧化物测定。

The general situations of the eye were observed and the corneal thickness were measured with ultrasonic corneal pachymeter after the animal models was established. After a week, the corneas were removed after the experimental animals are put to death. The corneal endothelial cell density of 12 half-chip were counted through Alizarin Red-Trypan blue staining; 12 half-clip corneas were fixed with 4% neutral formalin solution , HE staining was performed, the expression of AQP-1 in corneal stroma and corneal endothelial cell were detected through immunohistochemical staining; Na~+-K~+-ATPase activities in 12 half-clip corneas were examined with Na~+-K~+-ATPase kit; the expression of AQP-1 mRNA were detected through real-time fluorescent quantitation PCR.

术后观察眼球大体情况、测量角膜厚度。1周后处死实验动物取角膜，用茜素红-台盼蓝染色染色行角膜内皮细胞计数；用4%中性福尔马林溶液固定行HE染色、应用免疫组化染色检测AQP-1在角膜基质和内皮细胞表达的改变；用Na~+-K~+-ATP酶试剂盒测量角膜内皮细胞Na~+-K~+-ATP酶活性；实时荧光定量PCR检测AQP-1mRNA在角膜内皮细胞表达的改变；并于正常对照组角膜比较。

Morphological changes of abdominal aorta: The aorta intima was smooth and endothelium cells were continuous with small intervals between cells in blank control group,endothelium cells presented normal configuration without edema;while intima in model control group became thick and upheaved, part of endothelinm cells detached with widened intervals.

腹主动脉形态学变化观察结果，可见空白组腹主动脉内膜表面光滑，内皮细胞连续，细胞间隙较小，内皮细胞无水肿，形态正常；模型对照组腹主动脉内膜增厚、隆起，血管内皮细胞可见部分脱落，细胞间隙增宽，内皮细胞有水肿。

objective:to investigate the expression and significance of rb in the occurrence, development and regression of infantile hemangiomas.methods:the expression of rb was examined in the proliferative stage and catagen of human hemangiomas and normal skin tissues by using immunohistochemical technique.immunohistochemical technique for factorⅷ-related antigen was used to prove that the cells which expressed rb were endothelium.image analysis system was applied to measure the expression level of rb at different stages of hemangiomas and in normal skin tissues.results:the expression of rb was significantly lower in proliferating hemangiomas than that in involuting hemangomas(p.05).conclusion:rb might play an important role in the regression of human hemangioma endothelial cells and anti-angiogenesis.

目的：探讨rb蛋白在血管瘤发生、发展及退化过程中的表达状况及其意义。方法：采用免疫组织化学方法检测人皮肤血管瘤增生期、退化期及正常皮肤组织中rb的表达水平，并结合第ⅷ因子相关抗原的免疫组织化学染色证实表达rb的细胞是血管内皮细胞。利用计算机图像分析技术测量不同时期血管瘤组织和正常皮肤组织rb表达的积分光密度和面积。结果：增生期血管瘤内皮细胞rb表达水平低于退化期，差异有显著性（p.05），退化期血管瘤内皮细胞rb表达水平与正常皮肤组织相比，差异有显著性（p.05）。结论：rb通过抑制血管瘤内皮细胞增殖和血管生成而在血管瘤的退化过程中起重要作用。

Conclusions— The most powerful histological predictor of stent thrombosis was endothelial coverage. The best morphometric predictor of LST was the ratio of uncovered to total stent struts. Heterogeneity of healing is a common finding in drug-eluting stents with evidence of LST and demonstrates the importance of incomplete healing of the stented segment in the pathophysiology of LST.

支架内血栓的最强的组织学预测因子是支架的内皮覆盖程度；最佳的LST形态学预测因子为未被内皮覆盖支架丝与总的支架丝的比值；内皮修复的不均一性在置入DES后发生LST的患者中是常见的，证明了支架节段内内皮覆盖不全在LST病理生理机制中的重要性。

Heterogeneity of healing is a common finding in drug-eluting stents with eidence of LST and demonstrates the importance of incomplete healing of the stented segment in the pathophysiology of LST.

Following successful modeling, rats of bFGF group were intratracheally injected with 400 U bFGF and rats of VEGF group with 2 μg VEGF, once a week for three times. MSCs group was injected 1 mL suspension of 4×109/L MSCs into tail vein. MSCs+VEGF group was injected MSCs into tail vein and intratracheally injected VEGF (2 ug, three times) at the same time. Model control and normal control groups were intratracheally injected with equal volume of sodium chloride.
