Results CT scans clearly showed lung contusions in 117,lung laceration and haematoma in 19,atelectasis in 24, haemothroax in 67, pneumothorax in 45, hemopneumothorax in 52, mediastinum haematoma in 7, pneumomediastinum in 8,pneumoderma in 25, diaphragmatic hernia in 17, fracture of rib in 103, and flail chest in 34 fractures.

结果诊断肺挫伤117例，肺挫裂伤及肺内血肿19例，肺不张24例，血胸67例，气胸45例，血气胸52例，纵隔血肿7例，纵隔积气8例，皮下气肿25例，膈疝17例，肋骨骨折103例，连枷胸34例。143例（84.1％）经非手术处理，其中43例行胸腔闭式引流术，22例行机械呼吸支持。

结论术 中探查才能决定是否行心包内全肺切除术；术中妥善修补心包可预防心脏疝；术后1周内心电监护是必要的。

At laparotomy performed 7 hours after CT, the herniated jejunal loops were viable with no gangrene.

CT检查后7小时进行了剖腹手术，发现疝囊内存活的空肠肠襻。

Objective To summarize the experience of intraperitoneal repair of the giant abdominal incisional hernia using Composix kugel patch.

目的：总结Composix kugel自膨式补片腹膜腔内修补腹壁巨大切口疝的经验。

The new approach through internal inguinal ring to prepritoneal space to manage hernia sag and placed Kugel patch to treat inguinal hernias make the operation more simple and safer.

结论Kugel修补术治疗腹股沟疝集中了开放手术和腔镜手术的优点，经内环入路放置Kugel补片使操作更为安全和简便，值得推广。

Since the lesion presented above is localized both intra- and extralaryngeal, herniates through the thyrohyoid membrane into the submandibular space, is fluid-filled and communicates with the laryngeal ventricle, the cyst is most likely a mixed laryngocele. Differential diagnosis consists of ventricular appendix, thyroglossal duct cyst, submucosal cyst, abscess or pyolaryngocele.

A Contrast-enhanced CT scan of the upper abdomen shows a saclike mass of dilated jejunal loops between the pancreatic head and stomach. The descending mesocolon and stomach are displaced laterally. The dilated inferior mesenteric vein is located at the anterior border of the encapsulated loops.

a 上腹部增强CT扫描显示胰头和胃之间见囊状成簇扩张的空肠，降结肠系膜和胃被推移到侧方，扩张的肠系膜下静脉是疝囊内肠襻的前界。

Results All of the 8 cases were abnormal in ultrasonography. There were more than 2 parts of anomalies in 7 cases (7/8), heart anomalies in 5 cases (5/8), holoprosencephaly in 2 cases (2/8), single umbilical artery in 2 cases (2/8), Dandy-walker syndrome in 1 case (1/8), and other anomalies such as cleft lip and cleft palate, diaphragmatic hernia, omphalocele, esophageal atresia, malformation of radius, club hand, club foot. Four cases were polyhydrmnios and 3 cases were IUGR.

结果 8例18三体综合征胎儿声像图均表现为胎儿结构异常，7例(7/8)超声表现为两个部位以上畸形，5例(5/8)合并心脏畸形，2例(2/8)为全前脑，2例(2/8)为单脐动脉，1例(1/8)为Dandy-walker综合征，其他畸形还有唇腭裂、膈疝、脐膨出、食道闭锁、桡骨发育不良、手畸形、马蹄内翻足、小下颌。4例(4/8)合并羊水过多，3例(3/8)宫内发育迟缓。
