How to resolve the coupling problem between the air quality and the indoor thermal environment, especially how much fresh air can assure the indoor air quality, how to design control system to satisfy the need of fresh air, and how to track the change of the air quality in the civil air defence underground engineering at real time were studied thoroughly in this paper.

摘 要 本文就如何解决人防工程内空气品质和工程内热湿环境的耦合性问题进行一定研究，尤其对人防地下工程需要多少新风量才能满足工程内空气环境品质；如何设计控制系统以满足工程内的新风需求；如何实时跟踪工程内空气品质的变化进行了深入研究。

The decomposition and burning kinetics specific properties of 6 kinds of samples were investigated in different temperature ranges by the isothermal and non-isothermal gravimetry experiments.

通过恒温和非恒温热重实验，研究6种废弃塑料在不同的温度范围内热解和燃烧的动力学特性并计算了在不同温度范围和不同加热方式下的动力学参数。

Through analyzed,the result shows the energy consumption in Magnetherm technology only is 1/3 of those of magnesium in the Pidgeon technology.The greenhouse effect is the major contributor to the pollutants emission.Environmental loading of magnesium with Magnetherm technology is less than that of Pidgeon technology.

通过定量分析，结果表明生产1t金属镁锭，Magnetherm工艺耗能仅为Pidgeon工艺耗能的1/3；热法生产金属镁中温室效应对环境负荷起主要影响；内热法(Magnetherm工艺)对环境的负荷明显低于外热法对环境的负荷。

With the constant development of economy and the constant improvement of living standard , passengers put forward to higher thermal comfort, however the target value of temperature is adjusted by trainman in the air-conditioning train, the degree of thermal comfort of the environment of train often can not satisfy the comfort requirement of passengers.

为了解决以上问题，本文采用基于热舒适度指标的控制方式对车厢内热环境进行控制，这种控制方式同时考虑人体因素和环境因素对热舒适度的影响。
