In this paper, based on the knowledge about the change in the microstructures and mechaniacal properties of the cast irons with the influence of temperature, stress and thermo—mechanical circulated load in working cycle of ingot mould, the temperature and stress fields have been analysed by means of thermo-elastic-plastic finitive element, and futher, the behavior of thermal stress factors in every working cycle of the mould have been investigated, by which principles for optimum design of ingot mould's structure has been put out.

本文以钢锭模一个使用周期内的温度场、应力场及热一力循环载荷作用下铸铁的组织结构和力学性能的变化规律为基础。利用热弹塑性有限元法对钢锭模使用过程中的温度场及应力场进行了分析，并进一步研究了钢锭模在每个使用周期间的热应力参数的变化规律，提出了钢锭模结构优化设计的基本原则。

By means of thermo—elastic-plastic finitive element method, the thermo—mechanical loading chart of the ingot mould in working cycle is obtained; with this chart as a control factor, multicycle experiment is carried out on a thermo—mechanical simulater, resembling the circumstance of the real working condition.

即用热弹塑性有限元法获得钢锭模一个使用周期内的热—力载荷谱，在热力模拟实验机上用该热—力载荷谱控制进行多周期模拟实验分析。

Standard enthalpy changes of the initial pyrolysis process of ethylbenzene were computed by five methods (UAM1, UHF/3-21G*, UB3LYP/3-21G* and UB3LYP/6-31G*). UB3LYP/6-31G* due to its accuracy compared to the experimental values was chosen to calculate the thermodynamic and kinetic parameters of the process at different temperature ranges (298 ~ 1573 K). The computation results showed that ethylbenzene began to pyrolyze at 973 K and the main product was styrene.

对乙苯的初期热裂解过程，用三种方法结合两种基组(UAM1、UHF/3-21G~*、UB3LYP/3-21G~*和UB3LYP/6-31G~*)计算了标准反应焓变，经与实验值进行对比，筛选出计算结果精确的UB3LYP/6-31G~*方法，并以此获得了乙苯初期热裂解过程在298～1573 K范围内的热、动力学参数。

The changes in the weight, exponential, structure of the tissue, cell apoptosis in testis and epididymis and the changes in the sperm tectology in epididymis were measured on the day 8, 13, 21 and 35 of the treatment,respectively,by the method of morphological examination.
