Objective We sought to investigate the clinical features as well as characteristics of the immunological forms with respect to the idiopathically head-neck non-Hodgkin's lymphoma.

恶性淋巴瘤是来自淋巴系统及网状内皮系统的非上皮性恶性肿瘤。非霍奇金淋巴瘤常发生在淋巴结内，而首发于淋巴结外的恶性淋巴瘤仅占全身恶性淋巴瘤的10%~15%，易于广泛播散。

Results: Fourteen patients (12%) developed symptoms of lymphocele within an average time of 34 weeks.

结果：平均34周的时间内，14名患者（12%）出现了淋巴囊肿并发症。

Results In 9 cases of endometrial biopsy of materials by uterine curettage, the cells of endometrial stromal sarcomas of 6 cases were well differentiated and like stromal cells of endometrial hyperplasia; the cells of endometrial stromal sarcomas of 3 cases were poor differentiated, the cells of 2 were like that of malignant lymphoma, and another like that of pleomorphous sarcoma. In 9 cases were found the distribution of vessels cluster like endometrial corkscrew small artery. The tumor cells were grew along lymphatic or protruded in lymphatic, and there were small islands or small pieces of tumor cells in the interspace of muscles in 2 cases. The contrastive observation of the specimens of resected uterines of 9 cases confirmed the valve of above features to the confessed diagnosis of endometrial stromal sarcomas in the materials of endometrial biopsy or uterine curettage.

有3例分化差者，其中2例酷似恶性淋巴瘤，1例酷似多形性肉瘤。9例均见簇状分布的子宫内膜螺旋小动脉样的小血管分布，2例见瘤组织沿淋巴管和突入淋巴管内生长及小片平滑肌组织的肌间隙内有小灶状或小片状瘤组织分布。9例子宫切除标本的对比观察，进一步证实了上述特征对宫内膜活检或刮出物确诊子宫内膜间质肉瘤的价值。

Results: In the early phase of the diseases, both showed abnormal X-ray manifestations with normal or reduced white blood cells. All suspicious SARS patients had an obvious pharyngeal inflammation including a lot lymphoid follicles over soft palates, and showed a good response to the treatment with antibiotics and antiviral drugs in one week. In contrast, seven confirmed SARS did not have an obvious pharyngitis.The clinical symptoms did not been improved ,but had been deteriorated at day 10 after the onset after antibiotic and antiviral treatment.

结果：临床诊断及疑诊SARS病例临床初期均有白细胞下降或正常，以及胸部χ线异常，但两者咽部黏膜表现有所不同，1 3例疑似病例均有明显的咽部炎症，淋巴滤泡密集覆盖软腭，经抗菌、抗病毒治疗后1周内好转，7例临床诊断SARS病例咽部炎症不明显，经抗菌、抗病毒治疗后临床症状未见明显好转，且多在病程1 0 d后加重。
