The typical apoptotic morphological features appeared in MUTZ-1 cells treated with 4mmol/L VPA for 72hours. Pyknosis of cells and nuclei, disintegration of nuclear chromatin and apoptotic body could be observed by light microscopy. Aggregation and margination of nuclear chromatin, concentration of plasm, increment of density and chromatin mass of irregular size could be observed by transmission electronmicroscope. The flow cytometric analysis indicated that the VPA could induce cell apoptosis, apoptosis rate increased in dose-dependent manner, ratio of cells at G0/G1 phase increased and ratio of cells at S phase decreased in dose-dependent manner, the cells were arrested at G0/G1 phase.

结果显示：VPA对MUTZ-1细胞的生长抑制作用呈现时间和剂量依赖性；经4mmol/LVPA处理MUTZ-1细胞72小时后，细胞呈现典型的凋亡形态特征，光学显微镜下可见凋亡细胞胞体固缩、核固缩、核碎裂及凋亡小体；透射电子显微镜下可见凋亡细胞核染色质边集、胞浆浓缩、密度增加，胞装内大小不规则的染色质团块；流式细胞术结果表明，细胞凋亡率随着VPA浓度的增加而逐步增高，G0/G1期细胞比例随着VPA浓度的增加而逐渐增多，S期细胞比例逐渐减低，细胞被阻滞在G0/G1期。

Genetic diversity analysis within and between the green peafowl and the blue peafowl populations demonstrated that the expected heterozygosity of two peafowl populations were 0.2482 and 0.2744, respectively. The inbreeding index, Reynolds' genetic distance and gene flow between the two populations were 0.078, 0.0603 and 3.896 respectively. These results indicate that the heterozygosity and the genetic diversity of these two peafowl populations were very low, and suggest a tendency towards intermixing.

蓝孔雀和绿孔雀群体间和群体内的遗传分析结果表明，绿孔雀和蓝孔雀两个群体的期望杂合度分别为0.7422和0.6943，群体间的遗传分化系数为0.078， Reynolds'遗传距离和基因流分别为0.0603和3.896，结果显示这两个孔雀群体的杂合度和遗传多样性水平都很低，且有相互混杂的趋势。

Comparison between the velocity distributions at the different flow rate conditions showed that increasing the flow rate was help to improving the velocity distribution. The periodic mean field on r-6 plane at different axis positions showed that the flow within the vaned diffuser, especially within the inlet region, was periodic unsteady when impeller located at the different circumferential position, just as the flow within the vaneless diffuser.

After rational predigestion of the heat exchanger of the thermoelectric generator''s physical model in this paper,by using the Fluent software,adopting the SIMPLE arithmetic and k-εmodel,the 3D inner flow of the heat exchanger of the thermoelectric system was simulated numerically.

本文在对温差发电系统的冷端换热器的物理模型进行了合理的简化处理后，应用Fluent通用软件，采用Simple算法和标准k-ε湍流模型，对温差发电系统的冷却端换热器内的流场进行了三维数值分析。

The results show that dynamic softening is easy to occur in these ingots and flow stress becomes steady finally; the material constants of hot deformation are procedural parameters that stress-level coefficient α, strain rate sensibility exponent m and deformation activation energy Q are all increased with strain increasing, while stress exponent n is decreased gradually; the values α and m of the alloy homogenized are the biggest and the value n is the smallest, dynamic softening effect of the alloy is the most obvious, which can deform evenly; influence of strain on the value Q of the alloy homogenized is a little and the average value of Q is only 176.5kJ/mol, so the alloy is easy to deform; the alloy matrix shows the regular recrystallization grains when the strain is 50%; dislocation cell structure re-formed in the grains with increase of strain.

To produce the scientific evidence for developing and manufacturing new antitumor drugs.Methods: 1 The inhibitory effect on cell growth of Hela was measured by MTT assay in treated or untreated groups (3.125, 6.25, 12.5, 25, 50μg/ml TAM and control) for three different treatment times (24h, 48h and 72h).2 Apoptosis and cell cycle were measured by FCM in four experimental groups (0, 4, 16, 40μg/ml TAM) for 48h.3 Adopting Wright and Giemse's staining to observe the morphology of Hela cells which treated with 40μg/ml TAM.4 Using invasion experiment to detect the Hela cells'invasive abilities which treated with 40μg/ml TAM.5 The protein expressional levels of P-ERK, ERK, C-myc and Cyclin D1 in Hela cells untreated or treated with 4, 16, 40μg/ml TAM for 24h were measured by Western blot.6 Expression of anti-apoptotic gene bcl-2, apoptotic gene bax and MMP-9 in Hela cells of four experimental groups (0, 4, 16, 40μg/ml TAM for 24h), were observed by revers transcription PCR.7 The protein expression of P-ERK, ERK, Bcl-2 and Bax in Hela cells treated with 40μg/ml TAM for 24h observed by laser scanning microscopes.

The mean velocity distributions in turbulent boundary layers of smooth surface and two different riblet surfaces are measured with IFA300 constant-temperature anemometer in low-speed wind tunnel to validate the full development of turbulent boundary laye. Friction velocity and wall friction stress of turbulent boundary layer are obtained with the least-squares fitted curve of the sublayer velocity distribution based on Spalding formula, and virtual origin position of riblet surface can be acquired accurately.
