Based on the Reynolds stress model CFD numerical simulation method, the experimental study of the inflow field and separation feature of nine forms of entrance structures of the oil-water separation hydrocyclone including vortex curved entrance and Archimedes spiral entrance is carried out and four kinds of ideal optimized entrance structures are obtained.

采用雷诺应力模型CFD数值模拟方法，对涡线形曲面入口、阿基米德螺旋线形入口等9种油水旋流分离器入口结构形式的内流场和分离特性进行了试验研究，得出比较理想的4种优化入口结构形式。

In the numericalstudy, three-dimensional elastodynamics equations and Morison equation are applied tosimulate the time histories of dynamic response of submarine pipelines suspended over flatbeds sucessfully. In vivo, CXCR4-A549 and A549 cells were injected subcutaneously into nude mice(each group in 6).Four weeks later the mice were scarified and the tumors in situ and the lungs were taken out to be examined histologically.(3) Th cell cycle distribution was measured by flow cytometry to analyse the effect of SDF-1/CXCR4 in the cell proliferation and atoposis. The changes of the intracellular calcium concentration after SDF-1 activation were aslo measured by flow cytometry. Western blot was used to anlayse the phosphorylation of AKT and ERK, and the expression of MMP-2 and VEGF-C.

3为探讨SDF-1/CXCR4在肺癌侵袭和转移中的作用机制：①利用流式细胞仪检测CXCR4-A549与A549两组细胞的增殖和凋亡，分析上调CXCR4的表达后，对细胞生长周期的影响；②利用流式细胞仪检测两组细胞钙离子内流强度，分析SDF-1/CXCR4对钙离子通道活性的调控；③采用Western blot实验检测两组细胞PI3K/AKT、MAPK/ERK相关信号通路的活性，分析SDF-1/CXCR4可能激活的下游信号分子；④采用Western blot和RT-PCR检测两组细胞肿瘤转移相关基因VEGF-C、MMP-2的表达，探讨SDF-1/CXCR4与VEGF-C、MMP-2的相互作用关系。

The above problems are studied in this thesis. First, the implicit NND scheme with mix flux splitting method proposed by Zhang Hanxin that is first order accurate in time and second order in space is modified. The modified scheme keeps the characteristics of fast convergence and is second order accurate both in time and space. It can be capable of simulating the unsteacly flow. Second, the topological method founded by Zhang Hanxin is improved to study the characteristics of vortex near the singular point on its axis and the cross streamlines on the longitudinal section passing the vortex axis. On the basis of topological results, a program which visualises numerical results is made out. It can help us analyse the characteristics of vortex motion.

本文对上述问题做了研究：第一，在数值模拟方面，借助于张涵信提出的NND算法和混合通量法，我们将他建立的时间为一阶、空间为二阶精度的快速隐式算法推广为时间和空间均为二阶精度的算法，这样做保留了原格式收敛快的特点，而且能适用于真实的非定常流态的计算；第二，将张涵信的拓扑分析方法加以推广，研究了涡轴附近及破裂点邻域内流场的空间特征，并以这些拓扑分析结果为指导，研制了一套显示计算结果的软件，这一软件能很好地帮助我们分析流场的计算结果和旋涡演变的特征。
