The present studies showed that two cell populations were found in haemocytes: large cell with high granularity and small cell with low granularity by flow cytometry FCM on light scanttering pattern. Two distinct cell types were identified based on phase contrast microscope: one type of cell was dark and dioptric aberration, while the other was bright and dioptric strong. By Giemsa and H.E staining, cytoplasmic staining were heterogeneous and internal particles were obvious in one type of cell, while cytoplastic staining were homogeneous and internal particles were inexistent in the other type of cell. By transmission electron microscope, we found that the mitochondria, Golgi apparatus organelles were rich and internal particles were obvious in one type of cells, and contrary to the another cells.

A549 cell line was stimulated with LPS (10 μg/mL) and then treated with Rs504393 (10 μg/mL) for 6 hours. ALI model was established with intranasal administration of LPS (5 mg/kg) in C57BL/6J mice. RS504393 (5 mg/kg) was administered 30 min before LPS dripped nasally. IL-8, IL-1β, plasminogen activator inhibitor-1, monocyte chemoattractant protein-2, and the expressions of CCR1 and CCR2b were studied by using Realtime-RT-PCR, ELISA and cyto-flowmetry.

RESULTS:Isoalantolactone exhibited excellent anti-proliferative activities on HeLa, SHIN3 and HOC-21 and HAC-2 cell lines, while 1-O-acetylbritannilactone and britannilactone demonstrated weak anti-proliferative activities on HeLa, SHIN3, HOAC-21 and HAC-2 cell lines even at the concentration of 100 μmol/L. The flow field construct of meso-β cloud clusters which bring the heavy-hard rainfall in northeast plateau is that the low level cloud cluster is located in the south of converging region, the southern low level influx converged in the cloud cluster and have some affection on the setting up of the rainstorm in the low level. In the middle level, the cloud cluster is lied in near the westerly trough and the southwest airflow ahead of the trough constantly transmits water vapor to the cloud cluster. In the high level, there are a pair of high and low pressure centers around cloud clusters and are obvious divergence airflow, and there is weak ageostrophic high level outflux along pressure force.

In this study,the muscarinic current was induced by carbachol(50 umol/ L) or GTPYB(0.5 mmol/L).The results showed that hyposmotic superfusate(202mOsmol/ L) increased carbachol-induced current by 145士27%and increased GTPYS-induced current by 183士30%;but in the presence of cytochalasirr B(cyt- B,20 umol/ L),an actin cytoskeleton disrupter,posmotic membrane stretch increased 1CC6 by 70士6%.However,hypos motic membrane tretch induced increase in 1CC6 was potentiated to 545士81% by phalloidin(20 umol/ L),an actin microfilament stabilizer.
