The present study is involved in the expression of vitronectin , a ligand of integrin, on human spermatozoa and its role in fertilization; the expression of integrin α〓、α〓、β〓 sbunits on human and mouse oocytes and their relationship with maturation of oocytes; the reorganization of cytoskeletal protein, actin, of mouse oocytes mediated with RGD peptide binding with integrins; the roles and mechanisms of integrins in activation of mouse oocytes as trasmembrane signaling receptors, using the methos of cell culture, immunohistochemistry, flow cytometer, laser confocal microscope.

本课题采用细胞培养、免疫组化、流式细胞术、激光共聚焦显微技术进行以下四个方面的研究：整合素配体玻连蛋白在人精子的表达及其与精子功能状态及受精的关系：整合素〓在人、小鼠卵的表达及其与卵的成熟程度的关系：整合素介导小鼠卵内actin骨架蛋白的重组；整合素介导卵激活的早、晚期事件，包括卵细胞内钙离子浓度的变化及孤雌发育胚的形成，并探讨其机制。

Experiments were done to contrast the heat tansfer enhancement and pressure loss caused by several single-pare vortex generators such as delta winglets,rectangular winglets,trapeze winglets,bevel-cut half-cylinder VG and bevel-cut half-elliptical column VG,which were installed in a rectangular tunnel respectively.

Aiming to a method for the synthesis of silicon nitride powder by direct nitridation process based on fluidization technology, a two-dimensional mathematical model of thermal process in a suspended bed was established, the thermal process was simulated based on the commercial CFD software FLUENT, and the effects of the flow velocity of nitrogen gas, the ratio of particle to gas and nitridation temperature on the temperature of the bed and the conversion rate of silicon were analyzed.

针对基于流态化技术利用硅粉直接氮化合成氮化硅粉的新工艺，建立了悬浮床内热过程的二维数学模型，并借助CFD商业软件FLUENT对悬浮床内热过程进行了数值模拟，分析了氮气速度、粉气比和氮化温度等因素对温度场和硅转化率的影响。

Firstly, the mechanism of heat transfer enhancement by oscillation heat surface is discussed in natural convection scene. For different oscillation amplitude and Rayleigh number, the frequency that the heat transfer rate of oscillation heat surface is higher than non-oscillation condition is found and called critical oscillation frequency. The limitation enhancement of similar physical model is still researched by this study in mixed and forced convection scenes for different amplitude and Grashof number. Generally, that a heat surface subject to a oscillation motion is advantageous to convective heat transfer is a well-known tuition.

首先探讨在垂直管道内振动高温面於自然对流领域内提升高温面热传效率的机制，并且针对不同的振幅与雷利数求得加入振动条件后，高温面散热效果可以优於稳态非振动高温面散热效果的临界振动频率；进而探讨当垂直管道流进入混合对流与强制对流范围时，在不同的振幅与葛瑞秀夫数下，亦可发现加入振动条件后，振动高温面之散热效果可以优於稳态非振动高温面散热效果的临界振动频率。

Firstly, saltating sand grains in various height layers mostly rotate clockwise; the rate of counterclockwise rotation changes from 16.7 to 33.3% for three different friction wind speed (u*= 0.67, 0.83, and 0.87 m/s). However, their mean rotational speeds were not significantly different, irrespective of whether the grains rotated clockwise or counterclockwise. The mean counterclockwise rotational speeds of sand grains for friction wind speed u*= 0.67, 0.83, and 0.87 m/s were 427, 519, and 604 rev/s, versus 429, 522, and 609 rev/s, respectively, in the clockwise direction.

In order to study local scouring field near the pier with sediment control dam ,the 3-D velocity field of the pier in monomer model is subtly measured by ADV velocimeter of Sontek.

采用Sontek公司声学多普勒测速仪对有拦沙坝防护的模型桥墩附近流场进行了精细测量，对桥墩冲刷坑内三维流速分布进行了分析，给出了冲刷坑内三维紊动特征量的分布，分析研究了有拦沙防护坝时桥墩局部冲刷的三个新特点，提出了拦沙坝的适用条件。

In order to study local scouring field near the pier with sediment control dam, the 3-D velocity field of the pier in monomer model is subtly measured by ADV velocimeter of Sontek. This paper analyses the velocity distribution in the scouring pool of pier and takes turbulent strength distribution in different direction. Three new characters for the local scours of piers with the sediment control dam are analyzed and the dam's applicability is brought forward.
