DOAS method used to obtain the column density of gaseous pollutant in the section plane of the plume emitted from source and the method of net flux calculation of gaseous pollutant from a certain area are described.

文章着重描述了获得污染气体柱密度的差分吸收光谱方法以及区域内污染气体净排放通量的计算方法，并构建了车载被动DOAS系统对北京市五环路以内区域的SO2和NO2排放进行外场测量，测得了该区域内SO2和NO2净排放通量分别为1.13×104和9.3×103 kg·h-1。

Solani. The extract was further separated into two parts and one part separated by ethyl acetate while the other was separated by petroleum ether. Based on the inhibition experiment against R. solani, ethly acetate extract has a rather strong effect on R. solani with 89.70% inhibition rate and 15.52 mgmL^(-1) EC 50.The effect of petroleum ether extract on R. solani is relatively weak. The former was again divided into five parts in silica gel column, of which the second part significantly inhibits R. solani. During the periods of 24 and 48 hrs, the inhibition rate of the second part on R. solan is respectively 89.58% and 80.36%.

结果表明：鸭粪乙醇提取物对水稻纹枯病菌有抑制作用，24h内最高菌丝生长抑制率和EC50分别为88.64%、26.11mgmL^(-1)；鸭粪乙醇提取物经萃取分离得到石油醚和乙酸乙酯两种组分，其中石油醚组分抑菌效果较弱，乙酸乙酯组分抑菌能力较强，其对水稻纹枯病菌抑制率为89.70%，EC50为15.52mgmL^(-1)；对乙酸乙酯组分进行硅胶柱层析分离得到5种流份，其中第2流份有显著抑菌活性，在24h和48h内对水稻纹枯病菌的抑制率分别为89.58%和80.36%。

During these years (1997-2000) in the research area of annonaceous acetogenins 5 natural products and a number of chiral-pure analogs of annonaceous acetogenins have been synthesized using sugars as the starting materials. Their high activity and selectivity against cell line of colon tumor and a relationship between activity and configuration have been found too. In the respect of inhibitor of sialidase two new methodologies for the synthesis of chiral-pure 3-deoxy-ulosonic acid using hetero-Diels-Alder reaction or asymmetric propargylation as the key reaction were developed. On the topic of anti-leukemia marine natural product clavulactone a synthetic method based on the free radical cyclization and starting from sugar has been developed. In other title of PKC inhibited agent sphingosine a new synthetic route with SN2' as the key reaction has also been disclosed.

项目期间（1997-2000）在番荔枝内酯方面从糖出发合成了五个天然产物和一批手性纯的类似物，它们对肠癌细胞有很高的活性和选择性，并与构型有关；在唾液酸酶抑制剂方面发展了二类全新手性纯高碳糖的合成方法－杂原子D－A反应或丙炔基不对称加成为关键的反应；抗白血病海洋天然产物群柱虫内酯方面研究了由糖出发和自由基环化反应的合成方法；对PKC 起抑制作用的鞘氨醇方面也开创了新的合成途径－由糖出发并以SN2'反应为关键反应。

Cloud-like lower velocity materials in upper mantle upwell from depth of 150km, and flow along mantle weak zones at about 60～130km Upwelling of lower velocity materials are most obvious along the Tan-Lu faults and Yanshan area.

从地幔内低速体的宏观形态上看，呈现"蘑菇云状"，好象是低速体从150km深度以下沿幔内薄物带呈不规则柱状体上升，并在65-130km处向四周平流延展所致，而郯庐断裂带以及太行山以东的燕山地区附近，低速体的上升最为明显。

The leaf epidermis structures of 6 species of Rhododendron had been observed under LM and SEM. The results show that all share together common features as follows: the leaf blades are typical back-abdomen bifacial types, the upper epidermis are formed by two or three layer bigger cells which inside layer cell is bigger than outside one, and the upper epidermis are covered with thicker cuticle.

利用光学显微镜和扫描电子显微镜观察了6种杜鹃属植物的叶片结构，结果表明，它们具有共同形态结构特征：典型的异面叶，上表皮由2~3层细胞组成，内大外小或内、外等大，有较厚的角质膜，无气孔器分布；下表皮均由1层细胞组成，排列紧密；栅栏组织由2层以上长柱形细胞组成，排列紧密；海绵组织细胞较短，排列较疏松，细胞间隙较大；均有表皮附属物。

On the other hand, through the discussion on coronal density of flares, we found that the column mass density at the top of chromospheric flare model can not be represented the total mass above the chromosphere and the coronal density can be estimated from presure balance based on semiempirical model. Through estimations, the results show that the total mass above the chromosphere is about the same as the mass between the top of chromosphere and electron source, which so give an evidence that the source of electrons is situated at the top of flare loop.

另一方面，通过对日冕物质密度的讨论发现，半经验模型中色球顶部柱数密度不能用来代表耀斑环在日冕内的总物质，日冕物质密度可用日冕气压与半经验模型中色球顶部压力近似相等来进行估计，进而发现耀斑环在日冕内的总物质与前面估计的色球顶部到非热电子源之间的总物质近似相等，结果趋向于支持非热电子源位于环的顶部。

超微结构大尾柱虫在形成休眠细胞后，所特化出的包囊壁在形态学上可分为三层，从外向内依次是外层壁、内层壁和颗粒层，纤毛杆和微管结构都已被皮层吸收，仅残留部分毛基体。

［Objective］To explore the effect of continuous physiological osteogenic stress on the bone healing of canine iliopectineal crest.［Method］Ten adult mixed breed dogs without significant individual difference were made transverse fracture at bilateral iliopectineal crest 1.5 cm above the dome of acetabulum,which were fixed with ATMFS or steel plate respectively. The animals were sacrificed and specimens were procured at 2,4,6,8 and 12 weeks after operation.Samples from the fracture gaps were investigated by histology of HE and Masson staining,image pattern analysis of new bone formation.

探讨持续顺应生理力线的压应力对犬骨盆弓状线部骨折愈合的影响［方法］选用10只成年杂家犬，双侧髋臼臼顶上方1.5 cm处横形截骨，分别采用ATMFS(骨盆髋臼三维记忆内固定系统)柱固定器和5孔重建钢板内固定，于术后2、4、6、8、12周处死动物取材，行HE染色、Masson三色法染色组织学检查，图像分析新骨形成积分光密度值，研究不同应力作用模式下的骨盆骨折愈合情况。

In order to overcome the defect of traditional methods and to find a new simply and effective time-domain method to eliminate the influence of boundary reflection. The main contents of studies and achievements are as follows: The liquefiable saturated sand dynamic character researches are conducted by means of the resonant column test and the dynamic tri-axial test; The undrain dynamic relationship between stress and strain, the damping ratio, saturated sand liquefaction mechanism, laboratory liquefaction standard, the effective factors of liquefaction are considered in laboratory. Liquefaction strength parameters used in element numerical simulation are obtained.

为克服传统方法存在的问题，寻求一种简单有效、能消除截断边界反射影响的时域有限元方法，本文主要开展了如下研究工作：对工程场地土体进行了标准贯入、静力触探、剪切波速等现场原位试验、室内动三轴试验以及共振柱试验，针对研究区域内可液化的饱和土进行了动力特性试验研究，分析了饱和土体的不排水动应力～应变关系和阻尼特性；对研究区域内的饱和砂土的液化机理，室内试验液化判别标准及影响饱和砂土液化的诸多因素进行了研究，得出了工程场地土体的抗液化强度指标等有限元模拟所需参数。
