OBJECTIVE: Three sesquiterpene lactones 1-O-acetylbritannilactone, isoalantolactone and britannilactone were isolated from the roots of Inula helenium and the flowers of Inula japonica. The antitumor activities of the three sesquiterpenoids in the cell lines of HeLa, HEC-1, SHIN3, HOC-21 and HAC-2 were measured, and the relationship between structure and activity and the possible mechanisms were explored.

目的： 观察菊科植物中分离出的3种倍半萜化合物异土木香内酯、1-氧-乙酰大花旋覆花内酯和大花旋覆花内酯对体外培养的人子宫颈癌HeLa细胞、人子宫内膜癌HEC-1细胞、人卵巢透明细胞癌SHIN3及HOC-21细胞和人卵巢囊腺癌HAC-2细胞增殖的影响，研究这3种倍半萜化合物的体外抑制肿瘤细胞增殖作用及其结构与活性之间的构效关系，进而探讨3种倍半萜化合物的体外抑制肿瘤细胞增殖的可能机制。

Based on an analysis of distribution pattern of hydrocyclone"s axial velocity, by changing the inlet flow rate Qi and split ratio Fand making an investigation in the effect of Qi and F on axial velocity field, the factors causing the forming of short-cut circuit and circulating flow are found. It is considered that the short-cut circuit and circulating flow are produced by the structure of the hydrocyclone, and can"t be eliminated completely, though they interfere the flow field inside a hydrocyclone and affect the separation accuracy. Test results show that, by increasing Qi and F and controlling them in a certain range, the separation efficiency of the hydrocyclone can be improved.

在研究旋流器轴向速度分布规律的基础上，分析了短路流与循环流的形成原因，试验研究了改变操作参数，即改变入口流量Qi与分流比F对轴向速度场的影响认为短路流与循环流是由旋流器结构决定的，很难完全消除，它们干扰了旋流腔和大锥段的流场，在一定程度上也影响了分离精度试验结果表明，加大入口流量Qi与分流比F，并将其控制在一定范围内，便可提高分离效率这项研究对水力旋流器分离机理的认识与实际应用均有重要意义

RESULTS:Isoalantolactone exhibited excellent anti-proliferative activities on HeLa, SHIN3 and HOC-21 and HAC-2 cell lines, while 1-O-acetylbritannilactone and britannilactone demonstrated weak anti-proliferative activities on HeLa, SHIN3, HOAC-21 and HAC-2 cell lines even at the concentration of 100 μmol/L. The apoptotic rate in isoalantolactone group with the concentration of 12.5 μmol/L was higher than that in PBS group.

结果： 异土木香内酯对上述5种肿瘤细胞的增殖均有明显的抑制作用，1-氧-乙酰大花旋覆花内酯和大花旋覆花内酯即使在100 μmol/L的高浓度下，对5种妇科肿瘤细胞的增殖不显示抑制活性；流式细胞学检查发现异土木香内脂处理后的HeLa细胞出现凋亡现象。

D-Pantothenyl alcohol, also called ortho-vitamin 85, is an important nutrition suppled substance. It has been widely applied in the field such as medicine, cosmetic, foodstuff, feed additive, and so on. The preparation of D-pantothenyl alcohol and the optimization of key factor are discussed mainly in this paper. It mainly includes three section.In the first section, with formaldehyde, isobutyl aldehyde and diethyl oxalate as the starting materials, D-pantolactone is prepared via three steps including condensation, catalytic hydrogenation and physical resolution. The specific rotatory power of the product is consistent with imported product.

On this basis , two form swirling flow internal dissipation schemes, vertical and horizontal axis are recommended to the construction unit of the station as the schemes to be selected next.
