Between P14 and P21,CIAPIN1 immunoreaction in the brain,heart and liverbecame much lower. However,between P21 and P28,CIAPIN1 immunoreactionin the heart,brain,liver and skeletal muscle became much lower,while with thekidney development,CIAPIN1 immunoreaction in the kidney became higher. Invarious tissues from adult mouse,CIAPIN1 immunoreaction could be seen incardiac muscle cell,brain,hepatocyte,epithelium of renal tubule,skeletal muscle,lung tissue,gastric mucosa and gland,acinus lienalis.2. Distribution of CIAPIN1 in normal fetal and adult human tissuesTo reveal the possible physiological role of CIAPIN1,we examined theexpression and distribution of CIAPIN1 in fetal and adult human tissues usingimmunohistochemistry. We found that CIAPIN1 was ubiquitously distributed infetal and adult tissues,and was localized in both the cytoplasm and the nucleus.

然而，在3个月大的成年鼠中，CIAPIN1阳性反应物在心、脑、肝和肾小管中的表达强度要低于P28小鼠；但CIAPIN1阳性反应物在成年鼠骨骼肌中较P28小鼠高。2、CIAPIN1蛋白在人5个月胚胎及成人多器官组织内的表达在人5月胚胎多器官组织中，CIAPIN1阳性反应物见于心脏、胆囊单层柱状上皮和粘膜、结肠粘膜、小肠粘膜和绒毛、肝脏、直肠腺体、胃粘膜、肾上腺束状带、甲状腺滤泡、脾索、胸腺小叶间隔、皮肤真皮层和汗腺、睾丸白膜和间质、脑组织内神经元和神经胶质、肺小支气管和肺泡、骨骼肌、肾脏皮髓质和肾小管、子宫内膜、胰腺腺泡和胰岛、卵巢、输卵管粘膜等绝大多数组织细胞。

Objective: to make a quantitative analysis for the effects of decoction JinShuiLiuJunJian on basic biogenetic stereology parameters of bronchial mitochondria and nucleus in cilia-cell as well as goblet-cell of chronic bronchitis mice model.

目的：定量分析金水六君煎口服液对慢性支气管炎模型小鼠支气管壁上有关杯状细胞，纤毛细胞内线粒体和细胞核的生物体视学基本参数的影响，探索金水六君煎治疗慢性支气管炎的作用机制。

Methods 1.52 patients with cryptogenic hemoptysis were selected,including following two group:① routine image examinations (including chest plain film,tomogram,computed tomography and bronchialgraphy) were negative.② one lobe or segment showed a few lesions,but they were not the ones for causing hemoptysis proved by BAG,while another lobe or segment had signs of bleeding (17 cases).

1。选择隐源性咯血病人52例，包括以下两种情况：(1)常规影像学检查阴性(胸部平片、断层阴性，部分病人同期CT及支气管碘油造影阴性)(2)一个肺叶或一侧肺内有少量病变，但BAG证实为非咯血病灶，而另叶或另段肺内有出血征象，计17例。

Results: we estalished ideal copd models in stort time. there existed the expression of nos in both the normal lung tissue and the lung tissue of copd,mainly orienrared in the cytoplasm of cell.the immunohistochemical result indicated that inos increased significantly ,in comparison with the control group, in bronchiolar mycoderma epithelial and enos remakably decreased in pulmonary blood vessel.

结果：联合应用烟熏和ppe在较短的时间内建立了较理想的copd模型；一氧化氮合酶在正常肺组织与copd的肺组织均有表达，主要定位在细胞浆内；免疫组化结果表明模型组inos在支气管黏膜上皮呈强阳性表达，肺血管enos表达明显减弱，与健康对照组比较有显著性（p.01）。

RESULTS: The morbidity of this kind fistula was 1.83%(4/219) in our hospital. All the 5 patients suffered fistula 1-13 days after esophagogastrostomy; bronchopleural fistula occurred in 2 patients.

结果：本组三切口食管癌手术的颈部吻合口内瘘的发生率为1.83%(4/219)。5例患者内瘘发生时间为术后第1~13天，其中2例合并支气管胸膜瘘。

We describe herein a female with proven sarcoidosis stage I whose HRCT scan showed air trapping during expiration and lung biopsy via video-assisted thoracoscopy revealed air trapping-related emphysema and non-necrotizing granulomas with peribronchiolar compression and intrabronchiolar involvement.

在此，我们描述一位第一期类肉瘤女性患者，其高解析度电脑断层摄影在吐气期呈现气滞型态。胸腔镜肺部切片证实非坏死性肉芽肿在小支气管周围有压迫以及小支气管内侵犯的情况，伴随周边肺泡的气肿。

Drug intervention groups received either daily inhalation of budesonide, ipratropine or heparin respectively, starting on the 8th day or TGF-β1 monoclonal antibody(TB21)0.5 mg twice (6th and 19th day) via the tail veinous injection.

其它各药物干预组于制作模型第8 d起分别雾化吸入布地奈德（布地奈德组，12只）、溴化异丙托品（溴化异丙托品组，12只）和肝素（肝素组，6只）溶液。4周后检测小支气管平滑肌及胶原厚度，用免疫组化法及原位杂交法观察各生长因子在支气管肺内的表达，用放免法检测血清和BALF中细胞外基质成分Ⅲ型前胶原、层粘连蛋白及透明质酸。

PaO2/FiO2 of both patients was less than 225 mm Hg.In both patients, high-resolution computed tomography scans at the exacerbation showed typical signs of IPF including peripheral predominant, basal predominant reticular abnormality, with honeycombing and traction bronchiectasis and bronchiolectasis,and newly developing alveolar opacity.

呼吸困难分别在1周和半月内加重；2例患者氧合指数均小于225 mm Hg；急性加重时2例患者HRCT表现为两下肺分布的网状影、蜂窝影、牵拉性细支气管扩张和支气管扩张等典型的IPF表现，并出现新的磨玻璃影。

Result 1、The effect of acupoint external application on the bronchial pathological structure and airway inflammation score of passive smoking rat The result showed:in model group,we conld see tracheal and bronchial mucosa bronchial exuviated,struction arranged in disorder,cilia lodged,even exfoliated in various degree,the exudate of airway cavity increased,alveolar wall capillary congested,bronchial wall seed a large amount of inflammatory cells,such as macrophage、lymphocyte、neutrophil,etc.

研究结果 1、穴位敷贴对被动吸烟大鼠肺组织结构及炎症病理评分的影响结果显示，模型组气管、支气管黏膜上皮脱落，结构排列紊乱，纤毛倒伏，甚至有不同程度的脱落，气道腔内渗出物增多，周围肺泡壁毛细血管充血，支气管壁见大量巨噬细胞、淋巴细胞、中性粒细胞为主的炎性细胞侵润等现像。
