This thesis demonstrates the pre-polymers in a polymer-dispersed cholesteric liquid crystals can be polymerized into a polymer film, which can eliminate the aligning capability of the homogeneous alignment layer. Thereafter, the textures of the cholesteric liquid crystals in UV-cured region can be changed from reflective planar texture to the scattered focal conic one. Additionally, the clearing temperature of the liquid crystals can be reduced by doping with chiral dopant or monomers. The cause is the increase of the impurity concentration in LCs. In other words, if the monomers are polymerized, the clearing temperature of LCs in that region should increase due to the decrease of the impurity concentration. Therefore, impurities associated with doping with monomeric and chiral dopants cause the clearing temperature of LCs in cured region to differ from that in uncured region.

本文中，我们提出在高分子聚合物薄膜之胆固醇液晶(polymer-dispersed cholesteric liquid crystals，简称PDCLCs)中，利用紫外光使PDCLC中的单体聚合成薄膜，此即为光引致聚合反应，而该薄膜将原本在表面所作的配向膜覆盖且破坏其配向能力，使胆固醇液晶由原本反射的planar结构转换成散射的focal conic结构；另外，有关液晶材料的相变温度会由於掺杂手性分子或单体而降低，此因液晶材料内『杂质』浓度增加，而造成的液晶材料之不纯度增加，最终导致相变温度降低，若搭配上述光引致聚合反应，则由於光照区之单体聚合，使该区域单体占总材料之比例下降，即不纯度降低，进而使液晶材料之相变温度上升，该区域之相变温度与未照光区有所不同。

In order to locate direct singular positions, we begin by expressing the determinant of the Jacobian matrix Jx in terms of position of the center P of the moving platform. The Z and the Y coordinates of P may be chosen from the workspace, then the determinant of Jx is now a six order polynomial of X, the x coordinate of P. The direct singular positions corresponding to are obtained by solving the polynomial equation, and retaining all real roots in the workspace.

Fresh Squid tentacle sections, mashed yellow croaker and pollution-free cubed carrot and green string bean sections are selected as raw materials which are then added, mixed and stirred with an adhesive, a seasoning agent and a tenderizer in proper amount to form fillings; the fillings are then moulded into caked filling cores which are steamed and cooled; the outer surface of the filling core is evenly coated with a layer of stiff paste, the outer surface of which is evenly attached with a layer of puffed outer coating so as to form a caked quick-frozen squid and vegetable steak which takes the shape of a puffed powder slice and is internally provided with a filling core wrapped with the stiff paste; after being quick-frozen, the squid and vegetable steak can then be made into the quick-frozen squid and vegetable steak food.

To realize the molecular compositions and bio-spinning mechanisms of spidroin in spider major ampullate, the molecular weight and amino acid compositions of spidrion solution were measured and compared with that of dragline silk. The molecular conformations and morphologies of spidroin and dragline silk in different spinning phases were determined by circular dichroism spectroscopy and laser Raman spectroscopy.

本文以广泛分布于我国各地的大腹园蛛为对象，研究了大腹园蛛主腺体内丝蛋白溶液的分子量和氨基酸组成，并利用圆二色光谱和拉曼光谱分析了蜘蛛在不同成丝阶段丝蛋白的分子构象和聚集态结构的变化，以期了解蜘蛛主腺体内丝蛋白的分子组成及其生物纺丝机制。

Methods: During the April 2003 to December 2004, from the patients with different position colorectal cancer beyond Dukes C stage who were performed laparoscopic radical operation random draw 20 patients as experiment group, and from patients with different position colorectal cancer beyond Dukes C patients who were performed open radical operation 20 patients took randomly as contrast group. We draw thepatients blood about 5 ml from antecubital vein at the time before and after the operation about 30 minutes respectively, preserved the blood in deep hypothermia circumstance,cytrokeratin-20(CK-20) as the micrometastasis maker, using the RT-PCR technique,G3PDH as the intra-contrast gene, quantitatively detect the amounts of CK-20 in the blood with the gelatum imagery system and the computer analyzing software on the gelatum imagery system ,in order to compare the influence of the laparoscopic and the open operation on the micrometastasis.

在我院2003年4月—2004年12月间不同部位的临床分期在Dukes C期之内的接受了腹腔镜结直肠癌根治术结直肠癌患者中随机抽取20例作为试验组，另外在同期的接受开腹手术患者中随机抽取20例作为对照组，分别抽取术前30min和术后30min的肘前静脉血5ml，集中低温保存，以细胞角蛋白(cytekeratin-20)CK-20为微转移的标志物，应用RT-PCR技术，以G3PDH为内对照基因，应用凝胶成像系统及其计算机凝胶成像系统分析软件来定量检测手术前、后患者外周静脉血中CK-20含量，比较腹腔镜和开腹的手术方式对肿瘤微转移的影响。

The experimental results showed that, monochloroacetic acid and dichloroacetic acid enhanced photocatalytic hydrogen generation activity, but trichloroacetic acid did not improve it. The amount of produced H_2 increases almost proportionally to the irradiation time within 5 h irradiation. The photocatalytic oxidation of monochloroacetic acid and dichloroacetic acid mainly produced CO_2, HC1 and CH_2O, the photocatalytic oxidation of trichloroacetic acid mainly produced CO_2 and HCl.

实验表明，一氯乙酸、二氯乙酸的存在明显地提高了制氢反应效率，而三氯乙酸的存在却不能起到促进作用；反应5h内，反应生成氢的量与反应时间成线性关系；一氯乙酸、二氯乙酸光降解产物主要是CO_2、HCl和CH_2O，三氯乙酸光降解产物主要是CO_2和HCl；研究了溶液pH值对放氢反应的影响；在实验浓度范围内，一氯乙酸、二氯乙酸浓度对放氢反应的影响，表观上符合Langmuir-Hinshelwood关系式；考察了一氯乙酸、二氯乙酸在光催化剂表面的吸附。
