On the basis of sequences from GenBank,part of exonl and intronl of goat Agouti gene fragments was amplified.

本试验根据GenBank上已发表的牛(X99691)、猪(AJ427478)马(AF288358)和人的Agouti基因序列设计引物，扩增山羊Agouti基因外显子1和内含子1的部分序列片断，内含子1的部分序列与本实验室之前测得的山羊Agouti基因序列片断(GenBank序列号：EF587236)进行拼接，得到5270bp长度的山羊Agouti基因序列。

Six SNPs, which were C→T at the sites of 26, 54 and 99, A→G at the sites of 47and 68, and G→A at the site of 63 in the intron 8 of PRLR gene, were detected by cloning, sequencing and homologous comparison of the homozygote AA, BB and CC.

All sequences were aligned with S genes in GeneBank by BLAST software.The result indicated that all 10 fragments contained domain encoding 5 high conservation regions(C1,C2,C3,RC4,C5) and hypervariable regionof rosaceous S-RNase.RHV and intron characterized S gene furthermore.
