Dioritic magmatic enclaves have been discovered in the subvolcanic ring dikes for the first time by this study. These enclaves have typical back-vein and quenched margin where there are a lot of needle-like apatites.

首次在相山北部次火山岩岩墙中发现的辉石闪长质岩浆包体，具有典型的反向脉及淬冷边，其淬冷边内含有大量的针状磷灰石。

The expression changes of relating-apoptosis gene proteins (bcl-2, bax) were detected by immunohistochemistry before and after treating with the Agaricus Blazei Murill extract to explore the possible mechanisms of inducing apoptosis for MGC-803 cells in vitro. Results: The Agaricus Blazei Murill extract significantly inhibited the proliferation of gastric cancer cells in vitro and the inhibitive effects were depended on the medicine concentration and treating times. After treating 24 hours on the gastric cancer cells with the morphologic changes of apoptosis with chromatin margination, karyopyknosis, karyorrhexis were found by the light.

结果：(1)通过细胞培养和MTT法，表明长白山姬松茸在体外对MGC-803细胞株有明显的抑制作用，加药组与对照组相比其生长抑制率有显著性差异(P＜0.01)，而且这种抑制作用呈现浓度和时间的依赖性；(2)通过集落形成率的测定结果表明，加药组与对照组相比其集落形成率和集落形成抑制率有明显差异(P＜0.01)，说明长白山姬松茸对MGC-803胃癌细胞株有明显抗增殖作用；(3)光镜观察结果表明，加药组可见细胞脱水浓缩伊红染色增强，胞体缩小，内含高度浓缩的胞核呈深蓝色等典型细胞凋亡形态；经AO／EB荧光染色观察结果表明，当终浓度为1.0mg／ml的姬松茸提取物作用于MGC-803胃癌细胞24h后，其凋亡率和破膜率与自然凋亡率与破膜率相比，均有显著性差异，其凋亡率86.3％(P＜0.001)，破膜率为41.6％(P＜0.01)，说明姬松茸确实有诱导MGC-803胃癌细胞凋亡的作用，同时也有细胞毒作用，但以诱导细胞凋亡为主；(4)免疫组化结果表明，用药前后凋亡相关基因的BCl-2、Bax蛋白均有显著性的改变(P＜0.001)。

本文以蓝氏贾第鞭毛虫具有线体和内含子这两个新发现为引，在查找大量前人的资料数据后，提出了笔者对真核生物起源与进化的一些思考，认为其二者均是基因横向转移的结果。

To obtain more information of magnesium homeostasis in mitochondria, mTn-lacZ/LEU2 transposon library was transformed into mrs2 deletion mutant to screen for suppressor genes of MRS2. YMR166C, a member of mitochondrial carrier family, was identified as a suppressor gene of MRS2. Deletion of YMR166C gene can rescue the defects of mrs2 deletion mutant such as the decrease in mitochondrial magnesium concentration, Group II RNA splicing defect and growth defect on nonfermentable carbon source. For the first time we demonstrated YMR166C is involved in mitochondrial magnesium homeostasis.

为了增进对线粒体镁离子代谢调控基因的了解，利用酿酒酵母mTn-lacZ/LEU2转座子文库筛选MRS2的抑制基因，发现线粒体载体家族成员YMR166C基因的缺失可以挽救MRS2基因缺失的突变体的生长缺陷、II型内含子剪接缺陷，并可以调节线粒体镁离子浓度，首次发现YMR166C是线粒体镁代谢相关基因。

This experiment indicates that it is possible to use the hBNP gene for the gene therapy of nephrotic syndrome、 hypertension、heart failure and related diseases which have the syndromes of high blood pressure、oliguria or edema.

本文第一部分采用人工神经网络、遗传算法和马尔科夫模型这三种模式识别算法，对启动子、外显子和内含子序列中核苷酸联体的分布特性作深入探讨，发现其中的某些普遍规律，并建立识别这些DNA序列基元特征模式的神经网络模型或马尔科夫模型，已成功用于未知序列的预测。

This research is concentrated on the interactive behavior between the cold-formed steel wall stud and sheathing. Three kind of test specimens used in this study includes:(1) both stud and calcium silicate board are under compression;(2) the stud sheathed with calcium silicate board is under compression; and (3) the calcium silicate board supported by stud is under compression. Three different thicknesses of calcium silicate board and three different spacing of the connecting screw were adopted in the test. Totally, 36 specimens were tested in this research.
