The activated RPE cells migrate from their normal, sessile state to vitreous and onto both surfaces of the retina, in which they begin to dedifferentiate, migrate, proliferate, change phenotype and secrete ECM.

目的 探讨血浆组织型纤溶酶原激活物及t-pa抑制物在肺心病急性加重期的变化。方法用发色底物法测定60例肺心病急性加重期的血浆t-pa及pai的活性，并与对照组55例肺心病缓解期的相应指标作比较。结果肺心病急性加重期患者pai显著高于肺心病缓解期，而t-pa低于肺心病缓解期，其差异具有非常显著性（p.01）。结论 t-pa及pai关系失衡，有助于动脉内微血栓形成，促进或加重肺动脉高压的形成。
