Objective:To evaluate the application of titanium plate and titanium mesh in multi-segmental cervical spondylotic myelopathy anterior fixation.Methods:Twenty-five patients of multi-segmental cervical spondylotic myelopathy were treated with anterior cervical corectomy and fixation with titanium plate and titanium mesh from 1998 to 2002.Results:All the twenty-five patients of bone planted were in fusion.Titanium mesh shedding,screw loose,plate breaking were not found after follow-up for an average of twelve months.The function of nerve had been improved.

中文摘要：目的：探讨前路钛钢板加钛网植骨内固定治疗多节段脊髓型颈椎病的效果及意义，方法：总结1998年至2002年期间收治的25例有2-3个节段突出的脊随型颈椎病行前路椎体次全切术前路钛钢板加钛网植骨内固定术，结果：经平均12个月的随访，25例患者植骨全部融合，无钛网移位脱落，无螺钉松动，钢板断裂，神经功能得到了不同程度恢复。

objective: to investigate diagnosis and treatment choice of detrusor hypoactivity with impaired contractile function on voiding function in benign prostatic hyperplasia.methods:the clinical date of 48 bph patients with dhic were analyzed,including clinical diagnosis,urodynamic parameters,treatment and follow-ups.results:37 patients with detrusor instability and over 40 cmh2o bladder pressure were treated successfully by turp.the time of indwelling suprapubic punctural cystostomy cathter was(1~8)weeks.11cases without di and under 40 cmh2o bladder pressure were treated by suprapubic punctural cystostomy,accepted the test of urodynamics after(1~3)months.7 cases with di were treated successfully by turp,4 cases without di were indwelled suprapubic punctural cystostomy cathter all life.conclusion:dhic worsens the voiding function of the patients with bph,and the test of urodynamic is helpful to diagnose and could provide more convinced evidences for treatment of patients.

分析膀胱过度充盈所致逼尿肌损伤，引起膀胱逼尿肌收缩无力良性前列腺增生48例患者的临床资料，包括诊断，尿动力学检查，治疗及随访结果。结果：37例经尿流动力学检查，诱发存在逼尿肌不稳定，伴膀胱内压达40 cmh2o以上，采取turp，术后留置膀胱造瘘管（1~8）周后全部拔除，排尿通畅。11膀胱内压始终未达到40 cmh2o，且在膀胱注水充盈过程中无逼尿肌不稳定出现，行膀胱造瘘后出院，（1~3）个月后经尿动力学检查复查膀胱逼尿肌收缩力，其中7例膀胱逼尿肌收缩功能有恢复，行经尿道前列腺汽化电切术治愈；剩余4例膀胱逼尿肌收缩功能几乎无任何改善。长期留置膀胱造瘘治疗。结论：良性前列腺增生导致膀胱过度充盈所致逼尿肌损伤，引起膀胱逼尿肌收缩无力患者，术前应用尿流动力学检查对膀胱逼尿肌损伤程度进行认真分析，可进行有针对性的治疗。

The steps are as the following:1、Preparing the cerebrospinal fluid one hour before the experiment,take some of them for cryopreservation;2、Without paralyse,cuting down the rat head quickly and dislodge the hippocamp part which is used in the experment in freezing liquid,and trim the hippocamp distrct.3、Fixing the hippocamp tissue on the vibratome,to cut down a brain slice with 300μm,use the haustorial tube to move the slice to the preincubate dish,cultivanting it for one hour.Then move it to the record incubation chamfer.4、Preparing the glass micloelectrode and fill it with NaCl,the corcentation is 3mol/L.5、adjusting the recorder,after cultivate the brain slice in the incubation chamfer for 2 hours,the expermentize can be gone on.6、In order to ensure the accurate of the experimental result,use only one medicine concentration for one brain slice in every experiment.

本实验研究方法是：1、实验前1小时配制好所需脑脊液并充以95% O2和5% CO2的混合气，取小部分冷冻保存；2、在乙醚麻醉下，快速断头并在冷冻液里取出包含海马的大脑部位，修整出所需海马区；3、将海马组织固定于振动切片机上切出300μm厚的海马脑片，用广口吸管转移至预孵育皿培养一小时，后再转移到记录用孵育槽内；4、拉制好玻璃微电极，并充以3mol/L的NaCl；5、调试好记录仪器，将脑片在孵育槽内培养2小时后进行实验；6、为了保证实验结果的准确性，每一块脑薄片只进行一个浓度的药品实验。

The main contents of studies and achievements are as follows: The liquefiable saturated sand dynamic character researches are conducted by means of the resonant column test and the dynamic tri-axial test; The undrain dynamic relationship between stress and strain, the damping ratio, saturated sand liquefaction mechanism, laboratory liquefaction standard, the effective factors of liquefaction are considered in laboratory. Liquefaction strength parameters used in element numerical simulation are obtained.
