At postnatal 1st week immunopositive reaction of NGF was detected mainly in sustentacular cells and the spermatogonia also showed positive staining. NGF positive staining in the testes was observed in interstitial cells, spermatogenetic cells, sustentacular cells and Leydig cells at 3rd week. After the postnatal 5th week, NGF-positive immunostaining was also detected in intersitial cells and spermatogenetic cells, but the intensity of reaction was weaker than that at 1st and 3rd weeks.

The two-photon absorption cross-sections of these styryl derivatives were determined by Z-scan technique, and the benzothiazolium derivatives exhibited the largest TPA cross-sections (10〓s·cm〓/photon) and the best power limiting ability at high operable incident intensity. Results:In this group there were 5 mucinous cystadenoma; 4 serous cystadenoma; 4 teratoma; 2 lager ovarian cyst; 4 subserous leiomyoma of uterine. The massive cystic-solid tumor with irregular cystic wall was seen in mucinous cystadenoma and serous cystadenoma; Teratoma appeared non homogenous density with fat density mass; Subserous leiomyoma of uterine showed large cystic tumor with clear edge, and the size of uterine was normal.

The results showed:(1) The histological changes of KC were in fact a wound-repair process;(2) The increased melanin in KC coordinated with "multi-overlapping screen" effect, a result of multiple layers of "supranuclear cap", was the direct cause of hyperpigmentation of the graft and (3) The hydrolytic disturbance of melanin in KC and the longer life span of the KC were probably the important reasons for the increase of melanin in the epidermis.

All patients were performed open decompression operation on the legs with microincision.At the same time,the patients were given dehydration,diuresis drugs.The wounds were deferred the suturation time. Results:Among the 37 patients,33 patients were fully recovered.
