Result: 1. The situation of HIV infection in gastro-mucosal tissues:(1) Our study found HIV gag sequence in not only CD4~+ T cells but also mucosalepithelial cells, gland epithelial cells in lamina propria and spindle stromal cells;(2) HIV p24 was expressed in T cells, plasmocyte, and a few mucosa epithelial cells, gland epithelial cellls and dell epithelial cellls.

结果：1.HIV在胃黏膜中的感染状况：(1)HIV感染者胃黏膜内HIVgag区基因不仅见于CD4~+T细胞等免疫细胞中，少数胃黏膜上皮、腺上皮、小凹内上皮细胞和间质梭形细胞中亦有阳性杂交信号；(2)HIV感染者尸检胃黏膜内HIVp24蛋白于T细胞、浆细胞及少部分胃黏膜黏膜上皮、腺上皮及小凹上皮细胞中呈阳性表达。2。

Results While the ES lumen and perisaccular region were infiltrated with mononeuclear-phagocyte at the 3rd day post-vaccination, plasmocyte and lymphatic cells become the predominant infiltrating cells in the ES at the 7th day. The KLH in the ES lumen were phagocytized at the 3-7th day post-vaccination. S-phase cells and IgG positive cells in ES increased markedly in the 3rd day and 7-14 days post-vaccination respectively with similar localization.

结果 内耳受抗原刺激后3 d内淋巴囊囊腔和囊周区域出现单核吞噬细胞浸润，7 d内淋巴囊的浆细胞和淋巴细胞大量增加；3～7 d内淋巴囊囊腔KLH被吞噬，同时S期细胞和IgG阳性细胞逐渐增多，二者的出现部位相似。

The cerebral cortex include three layers: outer plexiform layer,cell layer and inner plexiform layer. There are some small cells scatter in outer and inner plexiform layer.

Cases of superior mesenteric venous thrombosis were found, in one case, the SMV was occlusion completely. MSCTA showed the SMV and portal venous unopacification, in the other case, the filling defect was seen in SMV in portal venous, and the strip low density was seen in MSCTA.. The other signs of AMI included bowel wall edema and thickening、massive fluid in the bowel and ascites in all 5 cases, mesenteric edema and pneumatosis in 2 cases respectively.

肠系膜上静脉梗塞2例，其中1例SMV完全闭塞，管腔内无对比剂充盈，MSCTA示SMV和门静脉均未显影；另1例SMV内见充盈缺损影，MSCTA示SMV内见条状低密度影。。5例均见小肠病变肠管壁明显增厚、肿胀，肠管积液扩张及腹水，2例见肠系膜水肿，2例并肠壁积气。

Re-sults As for intraocular foreign body,14cases of foreign body（10metallic and3nonmetallic）were displayed and1case of tiny ferrous foreign bodywas not displayed.There were also other cases diagnosed in this way,including of vitreous opacification or hemorrhage in13cases,traumatic detachment of retina in9cases postocular puncture injury and ophthal-morrhexis in2cases dislocation of lens into vitreous cavity,1case.

结果 球内异物14例（金属异物11例，非金属异物3例），其中13例球内异物显像，1例微小球内铁质异物不显像；玻璃体混浊或出血13例；外伤性视网膜脱离9例；眼球后段穿孔及破裂伤2例；晶体脱入玻璃体1例。

The mutant △RSD-9 K141D was subcloned into the pGEX-6p-1 expression vector and the △RSD-9 protein was purified by GST affinity chromatography and digested by Prescission Protease to cut the GST domain. Next, to further verify the intracellular interaction of RSD-9/△RSD-9 and rtSH3p13 proteins, laser confocalization study and co-immunoprecipitation method were used.

Comparing with control group, CD4~+ T cells of AIDS patient were markedly depleted in gastro-mucosal tissues(P＜0.01), but in presymptomatic patients CD4~+ T cells were not significantly different. CD3~+ T cells, CD8~+ T cells and NK. cells were notably increased (P.01), and they severely infiltrated glands and epitheliums in gastro-mucosal tissues. And the quantity and distribution of CD20~+ B cells between patients and control group were not obviously different.

Then the cyclocarbonylation of propargylic alcohols under the catalysis of Pd 〓 with CuBr〓 and BQ was studied. Due to the high activity the yields of -α-bromoalkylidene-β-lactones were lower than that of -α-chloroalkylidene-β-lactones while the coupling reaction of -α-bromoalkylidene-β-1actones (i. e. Sonogashira and Suzuki coupling reaction) was quite smooth to afford the products in high yields.
