The pelvic nerve of inferior hypogastric plexus originated from the most caudal root of the pelvic splanchnic nerve, running along the surface of the levator ani and passing laterally around the vagina and rectum to enter the sphincter musculature at the 5-o'clock and 7-o'clock positions. 7l.4% of specimens were found intrapelvic branches which were given by pudendal nerve. Before leaving the pudendal canal, pudendal nerve gave an intrapelvic branch that passed the levator ani and accompanied with pelvic nerve to innervate the sphincter when it approached the sphincter. The distance between these intrapelvic branches and the level of the bladder neck was about (12.6±1.6)mm.

结果：控尿神经是由下腹下丛和阴部神经盆内盆外分支组成，其中盆神经是下腹下丛远端盆内脏神经分支，沿肛提肌表面到达尿道5点和7点位。71.4%的标本中发现阴部神经存在盆内分支，此分支自阴部管内的阴部神经主干穿肛提肌进入盆内，大约在接近尿道括约肌时汇入盆神经共同进入尿道括约肌，其进入尿道的位置距离膀胱颈平面(12.6±1.6)mm。

The second order parameters 〈P_2〉_λ and the values of introrse intensity Q in different shells of the droplets on 2DR boundary conditions at different reduced temperatures were calculated.

取沿向列相液晶微滴表面切向随机取向边界条件，计算了不同温度下二阶序参量〈P2〉λ和沿表面切向的内禀强度Q在液滴内不同区域的数值，发现在低温时，Q值从液滴外层到内层有逐渐减小的趋势，外层接近于1。

Performance prediction of the pump when transporting water and salt solution is also studied.Results are compared and analyzed with experimental data.6.The salt-out flow field is measured on three dimensions by Particle Image Velocimemter via radial and axial two test models.After image processing, velocity distribution of crystal particles in the pump is obtained.Particle flow field is visualized to reveal the particle motion law intuitionally.

Objective To analyse the enteral nutrition effect of needle catheter jejunostomy for patients un-derwent esophagoectomy.Methods 52patients received needle catheter jejunostomy before diaphnagm sutured,the catheter was inserted jejunum at the point20cm distal to the ligament of Treitz.Before getting into the lumen,the catheter merges in the wall of the bowel for a distance about4～5cm.

目的 探讨空肠穿刺置管在食管癌根治术后的肠内营养疗效方法 52例食管癌根治术患者在膈肌关闭，距Treiz韧带20cm穿刺空肠置入Sicone2mm导管，导管在肠壁内潜行4～5cm进入肠腔，再固定予腹壁上，术后1天开始肠内营养。

The water content of external layer of root xylem of Kalidium foliatum is highest. In the range of root diameter from 0.3cm to 0.5cm,the most roots diameter are between 0.3cm and 0.5cm.

The dissertation mainly consists of two parts:1. The Reaction Chemistry of Alkynes under Palladium Catalysis Part 1 studies the reaction α,β-unsaturated carbonyl compounds with alkenylpalladium intermediate generated by nucleopalladation, and discovered 1 the Pd-catalyzed tandem addition reaction of halides, alkynes and α,β-unsaturated carbonyls,2 the four-component tandem addition reaction of halides, alkynes and α,β-unsaturated carbonyls, 3 the tandem intramolecular oxypalladation-conjugate additionreaction of alkynoic acids with α,β-enals. These new reactions provide notonly efficient highly stereoselective methods for the synthesis of γ,δ-unsaturated,polyunsaturated carbonyl compounds and γ-lactonic aldehydes, but also thebasic transformations for a number of C-C bond formation reactions which can be usedto design synthesis of many acyclic, cyclic or polycyclic compounds.

本论文的主要工作分为两个部分：一、钯催化下炔烃的反应化学在本小组前人工作的基础上，我们详细研究了炔烃亲核钯化产生的烯基钯中间体与α，β-不饱和羰基化合物的反应，发现两价钯催化下卤离子-炔烃-α，β-不饱和醛酮的串联加成反应、卤离子-炔烃-α，β-不饱和醛酮的西组分串联加成及炔酸分子内氧钯化-串联Michael型加成反应；由此发展了γ，δ-不饱和醛酮、多不饱和羰基化合物和带有醛酮基侧链的γ-丁内酯衍生物的高立体选择性合成方法，这一过量卤离子存在下的烯基钯对α，β-不饱和羰基化合物共轭加成反应的发现，为大量碳-碳键形成反应的实现提供了基础，使我们能够从这一基本反应出发，设计和开发多种分子内、分子间的碳碳成键反应，以好的立体、区域选择性组建开链、环状及多环类型的化合物。
