Results:40 cases of stereotactic opera tions were successfully performed with the help of the robot. These operations i ncluded intratumoral irradiation, biopsy of brain lesion, evacuation of abscess or haemorrhagia, and removal of foreign body.

结果：临床成功应用机器人辅助完成脑立体定向手术40例，包括脑肿瘤内放疗、脑内病变活检、脑脓肿抽吸、脑内血肿排空、金属异物取出等手术。

Hemarthrosis and laceration of the disc and the attachment were also observed. 7 days later, the hemarthrosis was seldomly seen. Effusion was seen in some joints at 2 weeks. At 1 month posttrauma, the severely damaged structure of the two joints in one animal was found. We could find the loss of the disc and the cartilage of the condyle. Effusion also existed.

伤后1月，可见有一侧关节盘完全破坏，髁突软骨层消失，关节腔内渗出；对侧关节结构紊乱，关节盘及髁突明显变形、不规则等变化。3月后，多数关节结构基本正常，但关节内的破坏性改变仍然存在，关节内可见较明显的裂隙或囊状改变，软骨组织变薄，关节盘松解，关节腔扩张等变化。

Methods 63 cases were treated by selective arterial angiography in internal iliac artery and superior rectal artery in order to find the main artery of cancer, which was injected with 40%iodinated oil mixed with chemotherapy drugs. The signs such as major colonic bleeding, hematochezia mixed with pus, intestinal obstruction were observed after treatment.

选择63例经活检证实的中晚期直肠癌患者，经直肠上动脉或双侧髂内动脉造影确定肿瘤的主要供血动脉，向内注入40％碘化油及化疗药物混合的乳剂，其它靶血管内注入化疗药物(5-Fu+MMC+DDP)，治疗后观察患者肠出血、脓血便、肛门下坠、肠梗阻等症状的缓解情况及术中肿瘤的游离难易度、创面出血情况。

Results Among the three groups,the children's rib cartilage had the most blood vessels,the most chondrocytes,well-distributed stain of matrixes,and the type Ⅱ collagen was expressed actively and highest in photedensity.The rib cartilage of teenager group had less blood vessels,unhomogeny distributed stain of matrixes,the enlarged and separated cartilage lacunas.The rib cartilage in adult group showed the least blood vessels,the least chondrocytes.the hyalinization of perichondium,the most deposition of calcium salt,and the type II collagen was expressed at the lowest level in photodensity.

结果 儿童组肋软骨膜血管最丰富，软骨基质染色均匀，软骨细胞数目最多，Ⅱ型胶原蛋白表达最活跃，平均积分光密度值最高；青少年组软骨膜内血管减少，软骨基质染色出现明显的不均质状，软骨陷窝体积变大，并呈分隔状，陷窝内软骨细胞数目减少，II型胶原蛋白表达较儿童组减弱；成人组软骨膜血管、细胞成分明显减少，软骨膜内的纤维成分明显玻璃样变，钙盐沉积较青少年组时明显增多，Ⅱ型胶原蛋白表达较青少年组减弱。

Of 11 cases of edema had diffusive uneven SCC lesions. 1 case of edema had single midline oval lesion of splenium. The brain lesions of edema were incontinuous. In follow-up MRI of 5 cases of brain edema, the lesions were disappeared. In 3 cases of cerebral infarct, the lesions of SCC and brain were lateral distribution. 2 cases of hemorrhagic disease had diffusive uneven lesions in SCC and ventricle.

水肿性病变(n=11)中10例MRI表现为SCC弥漫不均匀病灶、1例为居中类圆形病灶，颅内病灶呈跳跃不对称分布，5例MRI复查病灶消失。3例脑梗塞SCC及脑内病灶呈偏侧分布，脑内散在病灶以患侧较多。2例SCC出血，SCC病灶弥漫不均匀，并见脑室内出血。

In order to distinguish the type of GFP positive cells in glomeruli further, we also carried out fluorescence histochemistry double staining, the results of it were: the GFP positive cells in recipients glomeruli in mice of the four, five, six groups were blood cells in glomeruli capillary loop, but not the glomeruli resident cells, for example, endothelial cells, epithelial cells or intercapillary cells.

为了进一步鉴别受体鼠肾小球内GFP阳性细胞的种类，我们进行了免疫荧光组织化学双染色，结果显示：④、⑤、⑥组受体鼠肾小球内的GFP阳性细胞可能是肾小球毛细血管袢内的血细胞而非肾小球的固有细胞，即内皮细胞、上皮细胞或系膜细胞。

Results The intramural capillary lymphatics of rat's rectum were observed in deep lamina propria of tunica membrane and the dermal papilla layer of anal pectin. The intramural capillary lymphatics and lymphatics were both observed in tela submucosa, reticular layer, hypodermis and intermuscular and serosa. The capillary lymphatics in rectums' wall have the similar ultrastructure feature to normal ones. Three kinds of endothelial cells junctions are overlapping junctions, embedding-junctions and end to-end-type junctions. About 21% of cell-junctions are opening types. There are normal organelles and many vesicals in the endothelial of capillary lymphatics.

结果 直肠壁内的毛细淋巴管见於黏膜固有层深部和肛梳区真皮乳头层；在黏膜下层和肛梳区的网状层、皮下组织以及肌层和浆膜层内均有毛细淋巴管和淋巴管，直肠壁内毛细淋巴管的超微结构具有一般毛细淋巴管超微结构的特点，内皮细胞连接有重叠、嵌插和端端连接3种类型，处於开放状态约占21%；胞质内含有一般的细胞器，幷含有大量的囊泡。

PartⅢExperimental study of autologous BM-MNCs by intramyocardial transplantation into ischemic myocardium of AMI in swines Objective: To evaluate the effectiveness and safety of BM-MNCs by intramyocardial transplantation. Methods: 11 swines were divided into two groups: BM-MNCs group (n=6) and control group (n=5), total 2×10~8 cells.

实验动物分为心肌内移植MNCs组(n=6)及心肌内盐水对照组(n=5)，心肌内移植细胞数2×10~8；移植后4周观察移植细胞归巢情况、小血管密度、心功能及冠脉侧枝血管形成情况及可能发生的副作用。
