Objective To assess the results of lacrimal duct probing followed by irrigation with ofloxacin based on methylcellulose in infants under1years old with epiphora,due to congenital nasclacrimal duct obstruction.Methods Following the failure of regular lacrimal sac massage,60infants（67eyes）under1years old with persistent epiphora and impeded lacrimal drainage systemwere performed lacrimal duct probing followed by irrigaˉtion with ofloxacin based on methylcellulose under topic anesthesia.

目的 评价对患先天性鼻泪管阻塞的1岁内婴儿施行泪道探通术联合泪道内灌注氧氟沙星眼膏的临床效果方法因持续性泪溢、泪道冲洗不通，经泪囊区局部按摩无效而被确诊先天性鼻泪管阻塞的1岁内婴儿60例（67眼），在局麻下施行泪道探通术，并注入泪道以甲基纤维素为赋形剂的氧氟沙星眼膏，术后点滴氧氟沙星眼水1周。

Objective: To study the changes of the intrinsic electrophysiological characteristics of cerebellar Purkinje cells during the stage of the elevation of intracellular Ca(superscript 2+) through micro-injected of IP3 receptor excitomotor of Purkinje cells in cerebellar vermis.

目的：通过向细胞内微量注射IP3受体激动剂诱发细胞内高钙，探讨细胞内高钙对小鼠小脑浦肯野细胞内在电生理特性变化的影响。

After a study on Chinese financial practice, we find that though Chinese banking system has high cost and low efficiency, one side, Chinese security market has very low efficiency to overcome asymmetric information and has many unsolved problems in short term that brings very high additional cost, so security market is not a good system to substitute the Chinese banking system and must develop after these problems are solved, on the other hand, the cost of Chinese banking system is mainly exogenously produced, the experiences of western commercial banking practice and the joint-stock reform in some Chinese banks have proved that the efficiency of Chinese banking system can be improved. So one of our conclusions is that China should emphases on the reform and development of the banking system.

一方面，本文通过对中国证券市场的进一步分析，发现中国证券市场制度设计上存在严重不合理，短期内仍然缺乏合适的生存环境，这也导致其过去十多年的超常规发展中不仅具有低的效率，而且形成了许多短期内难以克服的缺陷，这充分表明证券市场不应成为我国金融体系短期内的重点方向，证券市场未来的进一步发展必须以这些问题和缺陷的解决为前提；另一方面，进一步的分析表明，我国银行业目前的巨大成本主要为外生，同时，对西方发达国家银行业发展和我国银行股份制改革的经验总结表明，只要在一定的条件下，银行业的效率完全可以有效提高，因而，中短期内我国应重点对银行业进行改革和发展，尤其是要加快银行业的股份制改革进程。

The results show that the air crossing pressure pulse magnitude of the container generated in the tunnel is 3.46 times that generated in open air when container flat wagon at the speed of 160 km/h passed by EMU moving at the same speed. Both the lateral force and overturning moment of the container train during the crossing induced in open air and tunnel are approximately proportional to the square of running speed of the passing train. The pressure of crossing side and uncrossing side for the container flat wagon is almost equal since the one-dimensional characteristic of pressure distributing induced in the tunnel is not faintish. Consequently, the value of the lateral force and overturning moment of the container train generated in open air is greater than that generated in the tunnel, about 1.1 times.

研究结果表明：集装箱平车以160 km/h的速度与动车组等速交会时，在隧道内会车时车载集装箱中部压力变化幅值是在明线会车时的3.46倍；在明线和隧道内会车时，集装箱列车受到的侧向力和侧滚力矩均与交会列车运行速度近似成平方关系；因隧道内压力分布一维特性较强，集装箱平车交会侧与非交会侧压力相差并不大，因此，在明线会车时集装箱平车受到的侧向力和侧滚力矩均比隧道会车时的大，大约是其1.1倍。

The results showed that at the beginning stage of being attacked by Chinesis white pine beetle and their symbiotic blue-stain fungus, PAL, PPO, SOD activities and MDA content significantly increased in the phloem of P. armandi, and decreased with the increase of the number of D. armandi and the attacking on the xylem and phloem of P. armandi from blue-stain fungus, then reached the minimum level in withering stage of P. armandi. 结果表明，在华山松大小蠹和共生蓝变真菌危害初期，华山松韧皮部内的苯丙氨酸解氨酶、多酚氧化酶、超氧化物歧化酶活性均显著提高，丙二醛含量明显增加；但随着华山松大小蠹种群数量的增加和蓝变真菌对华山松韧皮部和木质部组织危害的加剧，韧皮部组织内的PAL、PPO和SOD活性逐渐降低，在枯立木阶段降至最低；与此同时，华山松韧皮部内的水分及蛋白质、糖类、粗脂肪、淀粉等营养物质含量，则随华山松大小蠹和共生蓝变真菌危害的加剧而不断减少。
