Changes lf hepatic pulmonary tuber-culotic patiersive stage of antituberculotic therapy ［J］.

抗结核治疗后肝功损害的发生无一定规律，多在治疗2mo内发生，本研究217例患者中66例出现肝功损害，其中治疗1mo内发生者21例，2mo内发生者45例。

Results:according to the outcome of test,168 cases with new bacteriological positive ptb were divided into negative reaction group(group 1),positive reaction group (group 2)and strong positive reaction group(group 3).after antituberculotic treatment for 6 months.the rates of sputum coversion of group 1,group 2 and group 3 were 76.92%,94.79% and 100% respectively.the mean sputum coversion time of group 1,group 2 and group 3 were 12.46 weeks 5.0 weeks and 3.0 weeks respectively and the rates of focus absorption of group 1 ,group 2 and group 3 were 61.54%.

结果：168例痰菌阳性初治的结核病患者，根据ppd试验的结果分为阴性组，阳性组，强阳性组。经过6个月抗痨治疗后，ⅰ组痰菌转阴率为76.92%，平均转阴时间为12.46周，病人疗程结束时，肺内病灶x线吸收占61.54%；ⅱ组痰菌转阴率为94.79%，平均转阴时间为5.0周，病人疗程结束时，肺内病灶x线吸收占86.46%；ⅲ组痰菌转阴率为100%，平均转阴时间为3.0周，病人疗程结束时，肺内病灶x线吸收占100%。

另外，在分析数字数据全息存储中页内串扰噪声产生的物理过程的基础上，提出了像元匹配扩散函数的概念，并提出了一个反卷积算法来抑制页内串扰噪声，计算机模拟和实验结果都证明我们提出的PMSF算法可以有效的抑制页内串扰噪声，提高恢复数据页的保真度。

Phylogenetic analysis based on 5.8S/ITS sequence indicated Armillaria luteo-virens has a distant phylogenetic relationship with other genera of Tricholomataceae. Phylogenetic analysis based on two IGS-1 sequences indicated there were significant differences between the IGS-1 sequence of Armillaria luteo-virens and that of other species of Armillaria.

The results obtained are as follows:(1) intrarenal artery injection of capsaicin (20, 40, and 60 nmol/kg) increased the renal afferent nerve activity in a dose-dependent manner with unchanged arterial pressure;(2) pretreatment with ruthenium red (40 mmol/kg), a capsaicin receptor antagonist, completely abolished the effect of capsaicin; and (3) pretreatment with a nitric oxide synthase inhibitor L-NAME ( N6-nitro-L-arginine methylester, 0.1 mmol/kg), significantly enhanced the ARNA response to capsaicin.

结果表明：(1)肾动脉内注射辣椒素20、40和60nmol/kg可呈剂量依赖性地兴奋肾传入纤维的活动，而动脉血压不变；(2)静脉内预先应用辣椒素受体阻断剂钌红(40 mmok/kg)，可完全阻断辣椒素对肾传入纤维的兴奋作用。(3)静脉内预先注射一氧化氮合酶抑制剂L-NAME(0.1 mmok/kg)，能延长并增强肾传入神经对辣椒素的反应。

总之，听源性惊厥发作诱导PAG内大量神经元表达c-fos基因，揭示了PAG内神经元功能活动的剧烈改变，N'Gouemo［12］的电生理研究也发现，听源性惊厥易感大鼠PAG内许多神经元表现为异常的高反应性状态，而且出现与强直相关的神经元异常放电，这些都进一步说明PAG参与了听源性惊厥发作过程，但其中的神经化学机制尚需进一步探讨。

Portal braches of 4-5 orders were found in all 19 cases of Child Grade I, with esophageal varices and paragastric varices and no fistula of hepatic artety-portal vein or portal vein embolus; Portal braches of 3-4 orders were displayed in all 16 cases of Child Grade II, besides esophageal varices and paragastric varices, cirsomphalos, retroperitoneal varices, paraesophageal varices, dilated azygos vein were also noted, some patients had fistula and portal vein embolus; in Child Grade III, portal branches of 3~4 orders were displayed with more collateral circulations, dilated left renal vein and paragallbladder varices were appeared, with fistula and portal vein embolus or not.

Child I级19例，肝内门静脉显影4~5级，侧枝循环以食管及胃周静脉曲张为主，没有肝动脉－门静脉瘘或门静脉血栓形成；Child Ⅱ级16例，肝内门静脉显影3~4级，侧枝循环除食管及胃周静脉外，脐周静脉、腹膜后静脉、食管周围静脉、奇静脉也有所开放，部分有肝动脉－门静脉瘘或门静脉血栓形成；Child Ⅲ级6例，肝内门静脉显影3~4级，侧枝循环开放较Ⅱ级增多，可出现左肾静脉扩张或胆囊周围静脉曲张，伴或不伴有肝动脉－门静脉瘘或门静脉血栓形成。16排螺旋CT门静脉造影对上述病例分级为一级17例，二级18例，三级6例，与Child分级结果高度相关。
