Results In the group of 67 cases treated with high ligation by laparoscopy,the scrotum discomfort of left scrotum was lightened obviously after operation of 2～4 days in 60 cases,the expanding varicosity vein disappeared or was postponed obviously.In the last cases,5 cases had obvious improvement after operation of 10 days and 2 cases felt light scrotum discomfort after operation of 3 months.

结果 腹腔镜下高位结扎精索静脉组67例中，60例术后2～4天内左侧阴囊坠痛感明显改善，阴囊内曲张的精索静脉明显减缓或消失，5例在术后10天内上述症状明显改善，2例患者上述症状轻度改善，术后随访3个月左侧阴囊仍有轻度坠痛感；本组中有22例不育症患者在术后复查精液常规，精子数及活动率均明显改善。

Research results indicate that varicosity can be treated by means of endovenous thrombus formation, blood vessel wall damnification and vessel enclosure induced by light absorption of haemoglobin irradiated by semiconductor laser.

研究结果表明：半导体激光进行腔内静脉照射，由于血红蛋白对光的吸收，可以引起静脉腔内血栓形成、血管壁损伤、血管闭合，实现对静脉曲张的治疗；激光照射导致静脉腔内血栓形成，与血栓性静脉炎的形成机制不同，并没有影响全身凝血功能。

In the group of 115 cases treated with high ligation by retroperitoneal approach,the scrotum discomfort of left scrotum was lightened obviously after operation of 2～4 days in 67 cases,the expanding varicosity vein disappeared or was postponed obviously.

结果 腹腔镜下高位结扎精索静脉组67例中，60例术后2～4天内左侧阴囊坠痛感明显改善，阴囊内曲张的精索静脉明显减缓或消失，5例在术后10天内上述症状明显改善，2例患者上述症状轻度改善，术后随访3个月左侧阴囊仍有轻度坠痛感；本组中有22例不育症患者在术后复查精液常规，精子数及活动率均明显改善。

上面的研究发现膜稳定剂在体内体外均抑制了内质网应激，并改善了心脏功能，而膜稳定作用实际上是维持细胞钠离子稳态的结果，为了研究内质网应激反应与钠离子活动的关系，我们用一种钠通道激活剂藜芦定刺激H9c2(2-1)细胞，30分钟时GRP78表达增加；24小时时PERK磷酸化和CHOP蛋白表达显著增加，说明钠离子通道过度激活诱发了内质网应激反应。

Hyphae, loaded with CTC under pH 6. 8 condition and then grown in pH 8. 0 medium for a little while to destroy the apical acidification, could gave very diffuse fluorescence images of CTC membrame bound Ca〓 and vermiform fluorescence spots due to mitochondrias under pH 6. 8 no longer were clearly distinquished, which implied that besides mitochondrias, other cellular organelles with Ca〓 also were stained with CTC. Thus mitochondrias are not the only one intracellular Ca〓 storage, endoplasmic reticulums and Golgi bodies in the same zone may be also the Ca〓 storages. But the extreme apical zone under 2μm of the growing hyphal tip was still almost devoid of stain under pH 8. 0.The CTC fluorescence was concentrated in the subapic zone beyond about 2μm from the tip and then gradually became lower behind about 40μm from the tip. These results did not support the hypothesis which suggested that the cell wall vesicles in the extreme apical zone were intracellular Ca〓 storages.

将菌丝在pH6.8条件下负载CTC，再置于pH8.0培养介质中短暂生长一会儿以消散菌丝顶端的酸化区域，则CTC膜结合Ca〓呈现弥散的荧光影像，在pH 6.8培养条件下显示的蠕虫状的线粒体荧光斑点不再能够清晰辨认，说明除了线粒体之外，还有其它含Ca〓细胞器，也被CTC染色，线粒体并不是细胞内唯一Ca〓库，还可能包括内质网、高尔基体等细胞器，但菌丝最顶端2μm以前的细胞壁泡囊区域不能被染色，最大荧光强度仍位于菌丝顶端2μm以后区域，约45μm以后荧光变弱，实验结果不支持细胞壁泡囊为菌丝胞内Ca〓库的假设。

In the recent 10 years, at the three special fields of dynamic aerodynamics, although the circumferential Reynolds number gap between wind tunnel free flight and its corresponding real flight is as high as one or two magnitudes, wind tunnel free flight experiment results succeed in predicting or reproducing the dynamic aerodynamic characteristics in the three special fields, which appear in the real flight phase producing severe effects on flight security and flight performance.

近10余年来，在3个动态气动专题领域内，地面风洞自由飞实验与对应的天空飞行器的绕流雷诺数虽然相差1～2个量级，但风洞自由飞实验结果多次预测或再现了天空飞行器出现的对飞行安全、飞行性能产生严重影响、其它地面风洞实验方法难以预测或再现的这3个专题领域内的动态气动特性，这至少为3个专题领域内天地动态气动相关中的雷诺数影响，提供了一个新的理解。
