The mechanisms of feces control is followed:(1)Perception of oncotic pressure by anal activates the kinetic response of defecation control;(2)The tension of the internal sphincter muscle of anus makes it closed inmost of the time.(3)Tension of anal sphincter and puborectalis mantain the angle between rectum and anal canal and make anal canal closed during the relaxation of anal sphincter ;(4)adaptability of rectum makes rectum engorge in the cases of the not too high pressure of rectum .Destruction of any mechanism above will result in fecal incontinence .

Results: electronic microscope showed that in prednisone group heterochromatin increased in some cells, entoblast was not obvious in some cells, fat drops were small and few, mitochondria vacuole were common, and myelin figure was found in smooth endoplamic reticulum. the ultrastructure in yc group was almost normal and megamitochondrion formation was common. a large amount of fat drops were found in cytoplasm in gw group and little improvement was found compared with that in prednisone group.

结果： 电镜结果显示：激素组个别细胞异染色质增多，核仁不明显，脂滴显著变小变少，线粒体空泡化常见，有滑面内质网髓鞘样结构形成；养阴组电镜结构基本正常，其特征是细胞内有较多的巨大线粒体形成；桂附组较激素组改善不明显，其特征是胞质内可见大量脂滴。

Objective To explore a more safe and simple method of epicantholplasty for not only correcting epicanthus successfully but also leaving no scar or minimal scar.

目的：探讨和改进内眦赘皮整形术式，使术后内眦角瘢痕隐蔽，眼裂增大，内眦赘皮消失，眼型美观自然。

Methods The epicanthus is incised transversely vertical to the double eyelid incision line. Anchor the epicanthus to the underlying median canthal tendon.

行重睑成形术同时，利用横行切开内眦赘皮，并深部固定内眦点以矫正内眦赘皮。

Results The numbers of TUNEL-positive cells increased approximately 1 to 2 mm from the injury epicene after SCI. The TUNEL-positive cells were present in both gray and white matter of the Spinal cord, but mainly in white matter.

结果 脊髓损伤后，损伤区周围组织内TUNEL阳性细胞数量明显增加，阳性细胞分布于脊髓灰质和白质内，但以白质内神经细胞为主。

RESULTS: Compared with control group, the activity of the LDH/ACP/Arg in the AMФ or PMФ and in the culture fluid of the AMФ or PMФ were significantly increased (P.05 or P.01), and the ability devouring neutral red and stimulating index in the PMФ were strengthened (P.01), the ergastoplasm was hyperplasia and the amount of lysosome was manifold in the spleen macrophages of old rats induced by paecilomyces cicadidae total polysaccharides.

Results Of the 5 cases of internal fixation failure,2 were caused by operative mistakes, 1 by wrong selection of internal fixators, 1 by too early weight-bearing,and 2 by postoperative infection;of the 11 cases of nonunion or delayed union, 5were caused by severe primary injury, and 4 by unsuccessful reduction.1 cases of pain were caused by evection of proximal LISS plate,and 1 postoperative infection due to improper emplacement of the plate during the operation resulted in long exposure of plate end.

结果：5例内固定物失效的病例中，2例由于手术操作失误，1例由于内固定物选择失误，1例由于术后负重过早，1例由于术后感染导致内固定物失效；11例骨折不愈合或延迟愈合的患者中，5例由于原始损伤严重，4例由于术中复位不佳引起不愈合或延迟愈合；1例LISS钢板近端突起于皮下引起疼痛，术后伤口感染，1例钢板近端长期外露，是由于术中钢板的放置位置不良；膝外翻畸形1例。

6 cases of urethostenosis, 2 cases of urotithiasis and 1 case of urethral valves were cured one time. They were followed up from 10 months to 6 years and no dysuria occurred. 2 cases of external plank shedding after ureteropelvioplasty were treated with a placement of internal plank through the renal fistulization. The placement and evulsion of internal plank were carried out one time in 8 cases of ureteric calculi (the length of one calculi was as long as 4cm) and 12 cases of ureteropalsty. In 5 cases of upper remotion of internal plank, 4 cases were pulled out successfully and one failed to draw out. The effect is satisfactory to treat urological diseases by means of ureteroscopy in children.

结果 6例尿道狭窄、2例尿道结石、1例尿道瓣膜均一次性治愈，随访10个月~6年，无排尿异常。2例肾盂输尿管成形术后外支架管脱落经肾造瘘口放置内支架；8例输尿管结石（1例石街长约4cm）、12例输尿管成形术后内支架置入和／或拔出均一次完成。5例内支架上移中4例顺利拔出，1例失败、结论输尿管镜对小儿尿路系统大部分疾病的处理有满意效果。
