Starting from the hydroxylamine (dimethyl amino ethanol, triethanolamine) and 1, 3-propane sultone, a series of hydroxyl and sulfonyl dual-functionalized zwitterionic salts were synthesized. Then dual-functionalized ionic liquids containing both hydroxyl and sulfonyl functional groups were produced successfully by zwitterionic salts and three kinds of strong acids (p-toluene sulfonic acid, trifluoromethanesulfonic acid, methanesulfonic acid) respectively. The structure of zwitterionic salts and dual-functional ionic liquids were confirmed by the 1H NMR and IR.

以羟基有机胺(N，N-二甲基乙醇胺，三乙醇胺)为原料与1，3-磺酸内酯反应合成了一系列含有羟基和磺酸基双官能团的内盐，并将所得到的内盐分别与三种强酸(对甲苯磺酸，三氟磺酸，甲磺酸)反应，成功地合成了双功能化室温离子液体，并通过红外光谱、核磁氢谱测定，证实了内盐和双功能化离子液体的结构。

Hypoxia-ischemia for 10 minutes group , 20 minutes group: our experiment showed that at 24 hours after cerebral hypoxia-ischemia, expression of MMP-9mRNA was maximally increased, individually, in the hypoxia-ischemia for 10 minutes group, MMP-9mRNA was greatly expressed within superolateral surface cortex of cerebrum, whereas in the hypoxia-ischemia for 20 minutes group, the labeling of hybridization for MMP-9mRNA was strongly appeared within the cortexof cerebrum both the cortex in the subsequence of medial surface at the periphery of the cerebral longigudinal fissure and the cortex in superolateral surface where also there showed a few stained fibers.

It has been well documented that the fibular collateral ligament is the primary varus stabilizer of the knee.8,10 Consequently, isolated FCL injuries can elicit abnormal varus knee instability that can lead to functional limitations, a varus thrust gait pattern, and the potential development of medial meniscal tears or medial compartment arthritis over time due to the increased compressive forces at the medial tibiofemoral compartment.16,23,30 In addition, it has been demonstrated that varus instability, primarily due to a deficient FCL from an untreated posterolateral knee injury, causes a significant increase in force on both anterior cruciate and posterior cruciate ligament reconstruction grafts.11,21,22 Therefore, a reconstruction technique to address nonrepairable acute or chronic isolated FCL tears is important to address these pathologic abnormalities.

Methods 38 cases with 53 hips of ANFH treated with the method of thrombolysis and opening catheterizing and perfusing medial and lateral circumflex arteries.Those drugs are Urokinase 200 thousand Units,Danshen Root 20 ml and Ligustrazine 20 mg. Retention catheter was held in the target vessels and infused the same drugs besides Heparin 4500u in 3 days. To evaluate therapeutic effect ,the DSA of the femoral artery and x-ray plain film and/or CT/MRI of the femoral head were performanced. Results All cases were followed up 1~16 (mean 9.5) months.
