The microstructure and the mechanical properties of extruded pipes, as well as the blanks, were alsoanalyzed. The results demonstrate that there are a lot of fibred tissues in extruded pipes which will increaseits mechanical properties along axial direction. And the strength of thedeformed material is much higher than the former.

对挤压前坯料和成型管坯分别进行金相显微分析，扫描电镜分析以及力学性能分析，结果表明：通过等温热挤压得到的管坯在轴向有明显的纤维状组织，极大地改善了其轴向力学性能，挤压管坯的强度比通过锻态钻孔得到的管坯有显著提高。

D. N big mouse model was successfully made by adopting single side kidney cutting with induction, then by 24 week continuos observation on the change of various values of kidney and function, through testing of immunity florescence, electro-scope and optical scope, what we can see from model group is that typical kidney small cell got hardened by knot, and discarded, and dead, also small tube withered, small cell of on base film got thick, cell capsule wall was fibred, and base film got double layered.

综上所述，mad1基因或mad1联合c-myc基因能在体内外抑制TCCB细胞的增殖，但对正常成纤维细胞无明显影响，二者以hTERT为作用靶点，抑制其转录和表达，并下调cyclin D1和TGF-β1的表达，进而阻止细胞周期、改变细胞形态和抑制癌细胞的增殖。

RESULTS AND CONCLUSION: Osteoblast was fusiformed-shaped and had plentiful processes. Nucleus was orbicular-ovate and leaning to lateral side. Soma was large, and plasma was abundant. Alkaline phosphatase staining suggested that a great number of gray-black particles were observed in plasma, and some region was darkly stained.
