Mallory trichrism staining exhibited light blue samples. Eight weeks following repair, CT showed round blunt defect edges in the coronal position, which had bony pustute connection with gel materials. Density at the defect region significantly increased. 3D reconstruction suggested that defects became small. After hematoxylin-eosin staining, abundant fibrous connective tissue appeared in defect regions, with bony tissues. Mallory trichrism staining revealed that maroon mature bone tissues were found, surrounded by light blue chondroid tissues.

修复后8周，冠状位CT显示缺损边缘圆钝，与凝胶材料有骨性突起连接，缺损处密度增高明显，三维重建显示缺损范围较之前有所减小；标本苏木精-伊红染色后缺损部可见大量含血管成分的纤维结缔组织，有骨样组织结构形成，Mallory三色染色显示有褐红色成熟骨组织形成，其旁边有淡蓝色软骨样组织。

Twelve weeks following repair, coronal defect regions were filled with callus. 3D reconstruction showed that defects were repaired. Defect region and surrounding bony tissues had bony connection, with thick bone trabecula and mature Haversian system.

The chymase levels were ditermined by using the method of enzyme-linked immunosorbant assay in 45 cases of chronic hepatitis. Mast cell distribution in the specimens was determined immunohistochemically by using anti-chymase antibody.

Sequencing of this 4.3kb DNA fragment revealed that there is a β-glucosidase gene urnbgl3A with an ORF of 1956bp, encoding product shared 63% identity and 79% similarity with a beta-glucosidase (GenBank NO:AAX16378.1) of uncultured murine large bowel bacterium BAC 31B, and shared 50% identity and 67% similarity with a beta-glucosidase-related glycosidases (GenBank NO:ZP-00308419.1) of Cytophaga hutchinsonii.

测序结果表明在4.3kb的片段上有一个全长为1956bp的ORF，编码一个可能的β-葡萄糖苷酶基因umbgl3A，其编码产物与一个来源於小鼠大肠未培养细菌的β-葡萄糖苷酶(GenBank Acession NO：AAX16378.1)一致性为63%、相似性为79%；与哈氏噬纤维菌的β-葡萄糖苷酶(GenBank Acession NO：ZP-00308419)的一致性为50%、相似性为67%。

Results :①The MVs were formed by osteoblast of the secret type、dentinoblast and process;② There was a mature process of the MVs in the extracellular matrix.The appearance of the hydroxyapatite was a major mature feature;③ HAP formed initially in the MVs entered into collage matrix and eventually mineralized;④ The shifting sign of HAP from MVs to the surface of collage fibril was observed.

结果：①MVs是由分泌型成骨细胞、成牙本质细胞及其突起芽生进入胶原基质；②MVs在细胞外胶原基质中有一个逐渐成熟的过程，并以羟基磷灰石（hydroxyapatite，HAP）晶体的出现为其主要特征；③HAP在MVs内形成、增多，最终进入胶原基质并进一步沉积、钙化；④部分胶原原纤维表面沉积的HAP 晶体与MVs分泌的晶体有明显的移形迹象。
