A new chelating fiber containing thioamide group is synthesized by cross-linking of polyacrylonitrile fiber with ethylene-dimine and following with chemical modification with sodium sulfide using DMF as solvent.

以腈纶纤维为起始原料，经乙二胺预交联后，以DMF作溶剂与硫化钠反应，合成了一种硫代酰胺功能基可达6.8mmol/g干纤维的螯合功能纤维，其对贵金属金、银离子具有良好的吸附性能。

The method includes the following steps: getting specific amount of knitted or unknitted natural fiber and dipping the natural fiber in the aqueous solution of silane coupling agent for 1-100min, taking out and drying the natural fiber, thus producing natural fiber with modified surface; then pressing the polylactic acid into sheet in a plate vulcanization machine; disposing 2-10 polylactic acid sheets into a die and arranging one modified natural fiber sheet between every two polylactic acid sheets; pressing and molding the sheets; in this way totally biologically degradable polylactic acid composite material can be made.

该方法为：先取一定量的经过编织或未编织天然纤维，将其浸渍在偶联剂水溶液中1～100分钟后取出，经干燥后得到表面改性的天然纤维。然后，将聚乳酸在平板硫化机中压制成薄板；将2～10片聚乳酸薄板放在模具中，且每2片之间放置1片改性的天然纤维，然后模压成型，得到可完全生物降解聚乳酸复合材料。

For solving the problem of raw material shortage of viscose fiber production and making full use of hemp xyloid stem,the structure and properties of hemp xyloid stem based viscose fiber were discussed by using advanced testing instruments such as SEM and X-ray analyzer.

In this article, the properties of the synthesized fibers including the rmicrocosmic appearance, the thermodynamic stability and so on were investigated and tested, and their swelling capabilities were also studied. The results show that the decompounded temperature of the synthesized fiber is increased by about 100K and the cross-linked fibers have good swelling capability in solvents and non-solvents.
