Each cell was mapped by the center point on the cell of transverse section with extended up and down for four pixel(nine-pixel lengths in total) and two pixels in width,and thereafter line convoluted dot map was obtained.

把每个纤维细胞都用其中心的一个长9个像素点、宽2个像素点的线段点图表示，进行傅立叶变换，其能量光谱图在水平和垂直方向上的频率分布，除零值以外的最大值，即为细胞径向、弦向直径。

Fourier transformation image-processing technology was applied for determining the cross section fiber cell arrangement in hardwood. In this method, the disc-convoluted dot map from each cell radius with 10 pixels was transformed by Fourier transformation, and generated the angle distribution function in the power spectral pattern. The maximum value reflected the arrangement of the fiber cell.

利用傅立叶变换图象处理技术来测定阔叶材横切面纤维细胞排列，把表示每一个纤维细胞的半径为10个像素点的圈盘点图，进行傅立叶变换，再做能量光谱图的角度分布图，其最大值表示纤维细胞的排列。

In the leaves of Liriodendroideae, some of the abaxial epidermal cells are papillose and the vascular tissue of the main vein appears to be separated. However, papillose were not found and there are uniseriate, multicellular or unicellular hairs distributed on the epidermis, and the vascular tissue of the main vein appears to be continuous in the leaves of Magnolioideae. Furthermore, in the Magnolioideae, the structure of the leaves of plants in Manglietia are different from that of Magnolia.

结果表明：鹅掌楸亚科和木兰亚科在叶的结构上的主要区别是鹅掌楸亚科两种植物叶的部分下表皮细胞呈乳突状，且整个细胞外壁只形成一个乳突，而在木兰亚科的植物中有单列多细胞或单细胞的表皮毛，未发现乳突；鹅掌楸亚科植物的叶主脉维管组织环分隔呈束状，且其外包被的纤维也排列成束状，而木兰亚科的80种1亚种植物中，叶主脉维管组织连成轮状，其外面也由一圈连续的纤维环所包围。

The tracheary elements in secondary xylems of Actaea asiatica root and rhizomes were observered with a scanning electron microscope and found to contain abundant types, which mainly included tracheids, tracheid-like vessels, fibriform vessels, and typical vessels. Of these types, the tracheids, tracheid-like vessels, fibriform vessels were first found. Scalariform perforation plates, reticulate perforation plates, mixed perforation plates and simple perforation plates were observed in the typical vessels and the reticulate perforation plates ,mixed perforation plates were first founded the lateral-wall perforation plates, multiple end walls and pit membrane vestige were also observed in the tracheary elements.

利用扫描电子显微镜对毛茛科类叶升麻根和根状茎次生木质部中的管状分子进行观察，发现其管状分子类型丰富，主要有：管胞、管胞状导管、纤维导管和典型的导管分子，其中管胞、管胞状导管和纤维导管为在该类群中首次报道；在导管分子中，存在着梯状穿孔板、网状穿孔板、混合型穿孔板和单穿孔板，其中网状穿孔板和混合型穿孔板为在该类群中的首次报道；对其导管分子上的侧壁穿孔板、多穿孔板和纹孔膜残余也进行了描述。

These two kind of diseases have their own characteristics in clinical and imaginal representation.but misdiagnosis is still happened.

乳腺纤维腺瘤与乳腺叶状囊肉瘤在临床和影像学表现方面都有其特征性，但临床上仍常出现误诊的情况，我们于2002年4月收治1例发病于妊娠哺乳期的28岁右乳巨大肿块女性病人，术前根据临床表现及影像学检查的结果考虑右乳叶状囊肉瘤的诊断，而术后的病理报告为乳腺纤维腺瘤。

For tumors which have been well sampled and exhibit (1) a microcystic pattern and regions with lobulated cellular masses with intervening, sometimes hyalinized fibrous stroma,(2) an absence of morphologic features enabling any other specific diagnosis in the sex cord-stromal category,(3) an absence of epithelial elements, and (4) an absence of teratomatous or other germ cell elements, we propose the designation microcystic stromal tumor.
